This store is always clean and well stocked. I haven’t been in a cleaner convenience store. Excellent customer service every time I go there.

I’ve experienced excellent customer service, though there have been multiple times where I’ve waited a couple minutes before being checked out.

Was accused of stealing a granola bar by a man who was presumably also a customer as he was just sitting talking with the cashier? The cashier said nothing, and did not ask to verify the contents of my bag despite the fact that he, the accuser, and another customer all looked at me as I explained I was putting my phone back in my bag. I understand keeping an eye out for shoplifting, but I'm highly disappointed by the way this misunderstanding was handled. Very awkward and embarrassing.

Despite this store not closing until 1am, on Saturday September 17,2022 at approximately 10pm. The guy did not allow a 76 year old, handicapped veteran woman with a walker who still had a hospital bracelet on from the ER, to use the restroom. It took everything she had to get out of the car and halfway to the restroom. His reason? Because restroom was already sanitized and cleaned a whole 3 hours before closing mind you. I will be taking this all the way to corporate. This is unacceptable

The 711 on S Bryant and Ben Ficklin.. I have been in numerous times. The Hispanic lady who works there has been extremely rude to me and Dean, EVERY time. Today she refused to wait on me. She helped the Hispanic man in front of me. She was at the counter and wouldn't even speak to me. She turned her back and walked off. I waited a few minutes, but she would not turn around to help me. She just totally ignored me. Needless to say I did not, or should I say could not make my purchase, so i was forced to leave. I now am convinced she is prejudice and I am a victim of racial bias. Corporate will be hearing from me in the morning!

Brittany has terrible customer service skills. I placed my items on the counter. She asked me to move them closer to her. I began moving them midway between us asking how far would she like me to place them on the counter. She swept the items toward her and said I could not purchase them, that I was displaying attitude. She refused to sell. I just could not believe her attitude. I informed her I would make a complaint. She replied she would still be right there. I have made a complaint to the 7-11 corporate office. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Hope you don’t run into this girl.

I'm from Lubbock,Tx. I make trips to San Antonio about every other month. We always stop and re fuel at this store, due to the fact that it's on our way home and we do not have to turn off. Each time my husband and myself try to use the restroom there,it's " ALWAYS " just cleaned or out of order. We can come though during morning time ,afternoon, or evening, and it's ALWAYS the same answer. I'm beginning to think that " BLACKS" are NOT allowed to use it, BUT, can spend money there. Never again 3 strikes and your OUT. I gave about 6 chances but the same results. The clerk was a white female this time with funky hair. She stated the floor was wet,so my husband asked her, well what am I suppose to do,because I'm in a tight, she responded, hold it until you make it down the street to the next store. "STRIPES" JUST gained a customer.

Normally decent service in a clean store and most often receipts at the pumps. But not today. And I don't expect the clerk will refill the receipt paper...she was too rude and seemed too put out to walk 4 feet to print a receipt for me!

The Hispanic lady that works there is incredibly Rude everytime I go in there. She always has something to say and sometimes will take 5 minutes until she checks you out. She drives a blue gmc if you see her truck there avoid at all cost just go down to the stripes. If this happens to me again I will be calling the 7/11 Corporation to complain about her.

Have never been treated so rudely. I was the only person in the store and she was put out that she had to wait on me. I will never go there again.
