Stopped in on 7/3/23 on my way through town. Had the pleasure of speaking with kharisma at the shop. She was very polite and knowledgeable on the products. Glad i stopped in and will be returning to get more supplies in the future. If you're in the market for Necessities definitely stop in here. As they have almost everything and the staff is great. 110% great customer service. Highly recommend.

I was nervous going into the shop by myself. I really didn't know exactly what I was looking for and was embarrassed to ask. The gentleman working asked if I needed any help and was so knowledgeable. He was very nice and polite. He made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions, suggested items based of what I told him I was looking for and gave insight to other things I might like. He also gave me advice on a certain product I had asked for that wasn't exactly safe for me and my partner but offered and showed me an alternative that was. It was a absolutely wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. The shop itself is so nice and clean. I hadn't been in there since 2014 or so and remember it being not so inviting. I was extremely please with the entire experience.

It was an awesome experience and charisma did amazing job she made me want to keep coming to the love shack she had a smile on her face and she helped us with that everything that we needed I give her five star rating she was awesome

They don't have the largest selection in the world. But, then, this is a small town in West Texas. But the staff are great, and are committed to improving the sexual health and well-being of everyone.

The vibe and atmosphere is right, prices are competitive, and the selection is wide. It’s fun and exciting to see the gag gifts, books, novelty items, and glassware. REAL PLUS SIZED LINGERIE!!! The lube is a bit expensive, but it’s because it’s quality product so I can’t complain.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday evening. The gentleman working, Rye, was very knowledgeable, and professional. We had some questions about some of the products we purchased and he was more than willing to answer any questions without any judgement. The Love Shack is the cleanest Boutique of its kind that I have ever visited. The variety of products they have is amazing. Would 10 out of 10 recommend The Love Shack!!

I am a long way away from Texas but the owner's put together a wonderful anniversary package for me and shipped it! With a few simple questions and some messages back and forth, they put together a great anniversary package that I can't wait to share with my husband on our 16th wedding anniversary! Great communication, competitive pricing and super quick shipping! Will definitely order again and visit in person next time I'm in the area!!

This place is amazing! My wife and I try to go at least once a month. The owner is a very down to earth, friendly guy and really knows his stuff. It's a great place for couples to explore their fun and adventurous sides. Plus they have a good variety of incense and other things.

Lingerie, toys and product selection is amazing! Corey helped us during our visit, and he was so knowledgeable and great at explaining and introducing new products to us. We got a bunch of samples of flavored lubes, warming lube (The brand is called: Wicked, and I highly recommend!), some lingerie, and a massage oil candle. The store environment is VERY clean and updated.

Me and my girlfriend came here and the owner took his time out to answer every question we had and made us feel so comfortable. His phone was ringing and he just kept sending it to voicemail. We had his undivided attention. This place has changed so much. We won’t be going anywhere else!!! All I can say is WOW WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and amazing products!!!

I recently went into love shack and my mind was blown! The new owners have completely turned it around! 10 years ago I went in there and it was dark and creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable being a young women trying to shop alone. I’m so glad I gave it another chance! The lingerie is exquisite, with a great selection for plus size ladies! The store was bright, clean and the worker was friendly and helpful. The toys were affordable and the selection was great! Thank you love shack!

I love this place SO much. Every single person who works here is so knowledgeable and friendly they make it feel like I’m their best friend.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the store it use to be dark and depressing and wow it looks like a different store now. It has been completely remodeled and looks amazing! There is a great variety of items to choose from and it’s a great environment walking in. The employee asked me if I needed anything particular and pointed me directly to what I needed! Very nice, clean and great experience. Will be coming back more often.

Trinity was super friendly and very informative. The price's were really good for the amount of products we bought. The recommendations of the juicy af helped alot and i love the goody bag. I will definitely recommend to my friends!!!!
