Dix Key Shop

We lost our 2003 Chevy Silverado key. After getting the code from a dealership, I called Dix. I had to call to see if they could help me out since going to Dix would be impossible. The young man who answered the phone, asked me for the code and started creating my key AS WE SPOKE! Very sweet and professional. I hope I never lose my key again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Dix. Excellent service!

I called them with a problem opening a safe. They asked me to send photos and then called me to ask some questions. I had replace the battery with a new one, which is what they suggested. He then said it might be a good idea to purchase a new pack as the ones I had might be too old even though they were unused. That did the trick. I have used Dix for years and will continue to. They are honest and helpful. Thanks.

I just wanted to say this store is amazing after having a crying spell about loosing my keys and no one could make me a new one they were able to get me a key fast and went above and beyond Zackary is awesome that man needs a raise thank you

Great service! Called to replace a file cabinet lock and Adam came to do just that. However, he found that the real issue was the drawer and fixed that for us! Thank you!!

Great amazing fast place to get keys made. They can do so many different kinds of keys and auto keys as well. Very easy to get in and out fast and with keys that work the first time around!

Super quick. Took maybe a minute or 2 at most. The guy looked at the key and went and grabbed the duplicate within seconds copied it and done. Polite and friendly. Price wasn't bad at all.

I locked my keys in the car this morning..I called a couple of places, they couldn't help me, so I call Dix Key Shop and the guy that came out I believe his name is Chad! He was there within the hour and I'm about 30 minutes away from town! Very professional! I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys!

I have been to Dix twice in the past couple weeks and I was surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. They not only helped me out with a couple difficult key/lock issues but also spent time running through the various pros/cons of different methods and equipment. Overall, the professionalism and quality of Dix is far superior to any service that I have dealt with before and certainly far superior to big box stores!

I recently misplaced my car key and the folks at Dix’s were able to get me setup with a new key. My first choice was the dealership here in town, but they weren’t able to make a house visit — thankfully the folks at Dix’s offer delivery. I was able to handle everything before the delivery over the phone, then a tech arrived with my new key in a timely manner and stayed in constant communication prior to arriving. The tech was very efficient and had my new key programmed within 5 mins and the services were much cheaper than the original quote I was given over the phone! Highly recommend these guys.

Got a key made for 91 240sx I had lost the keys I took them the door lock and they made me a key! Fast and Easy!

The best place in town to get car keys made. They are priced better than the dealership, faster than the dealership, and have great quality keys. I never have any problems with durability on chipped keys. Customer service is great as well. If there is a problem, they take care of it quickly.

The employees were fast and courteous. I came in with a broken car key that had a key fob and chip, he gave me multiple options for a wide array of budgets. Very accommodating and if you want a cool key for your home or whatever they have a huge selection. I will for certain return for all my key needs.
