This Starbucks location is really great! On the corner of Sonoma Ranch Blvd and Bataan Memorial west is easy to get into, and park. It has a large indoor area and ample exterior seating as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. Quick order fulfillment. And my order was just the way I wanted. I have also found the drive through to move very fast when I want a great coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning off highway 70. So meeting with a customer and or a friend is always a great experience.

They are always so fast and they make my drink almost perfectly every time, the people at the window are always amazing and give good conversations. Best Starbucks around highly recommend.

Closest location to where we were dry camping. Lots of tables if you have your laptop with you. Quiet, moderately busy, pleasant location and atmosphere. Friendly order takers, drinks are solid. Love my flat whites!

Dean is an excellent manager. She seems to be a woman of integrity and does things the right way. We need more people like her and her crew. I'm thankful for her and admire her humility. Thank you Dean.

Jon was exceptional. From greeting, exit and in between requests, he had customer service and a genuine way about him. I would recommend him and a promotion per his next performance review. The bathrooms were clean and tables and chairs were pretty clean. Beverage was great by the way!

I needed a quick stop to get some things done and my hotel room wasn't ready until 3 so this was the perfect spot. I got a caramel ribbon chunk frappuccino and a cake pop both were very good I sat outside which was a little cold and I was worried the Wi-Fi wasn't going to work for what I needed but everything went!

A standout Starbucks that’s for sure, it’s aesthetics are much different than the rest of the ones here in Cruces. Very spacious and they have craft cold brew on tap!!! It’s definitely a nice location and like all the starbucks here, the staff are amazing!

I love this location! I go here all the time for coffee and with family. Very friendly people, and service is fast even when there is a long line!! I love the frappes especially the mixtures. They are so good! 😁

Industrial style Starbucks located on HWY 70 and Sonoma Ranch is a great addition to the growing area. The look is different than the other Starbucks in town. Lots of open space and tables plus a double drive thru. Staff was very friendly and mobile ordering is available at this location.

I enjoy meeting clients here and occasionally working from here. The chairs could be comfier but other than I enjoy it

Great drinks and great atmosphere, Very pricy

For the last few months my friends and I meet here to stitch and visit. Is the shop perfect every time? Nope. Who is perfect? The Tuesday evening staff have hearts of gold, are considerate, display professionalism while being friendly. They make delicious drinks and always make sure everything is to my satisfaction.

Last Tuesday I entered after having experienced a great loss. The staff was compassionate, kind and gentle with my broken heart. Their kindness and generosity started my healing. Five stars every day.

The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is to die for it's the perfect consistency of strong and sweet

Fast and friendly! They are a great team and always very welcoming! Everyone seems like they get along and work together well, very quick to say hi and make sure you are having a great experience. Starbucks as a whole should take notice of this location and this amazing team work and friendly atmosphere!

Ordered ahead on the app. They hady drink ready as soon as I got there but it didn't taste right. I've had it before but this time it tasted like milk 😔 but they did not hesitate to make it up. Not once, not twice but 3x they made me a drink that I was happy with!!! The girls were very nice and helpful. I felt bad them making me so many but I am 100% happy with what i left with and how great their customer service was!! Thank you!!

They need more staff to meet the demand of customers or else business is going to be bad .

I go to this Starbucks weekly and the employees are always so nice. If you don't like your drink or it's not made correctly they are so nice about fixing it and making sure you have what you want.
