ABSOLUTELY loved our photographer ALEX. She was so sweet and compassionate with our 3 yr old child that has Autism. She totally understood that my child could not sit still for long time. She got so many AMAZING shots of him! We were doing a pregnancy announcement of twins and she was so excited for us. EVERY person that comes here deserves to get her!

The studio was definitely smaller than what we have had at other places in the past. But it worked in our favor due to our child. Was not busy whatsoever which is a huge plus. Will definitely be going back if Alex is there!

Nice store, well kept and organized. You can easily find things that you need. Great sales to shop from and helpful staff. There is a shopping Mall enterance from inside the store. The deals and prices are sometimes too good miss.

I have conveniently returned things I have puchased online there and there was no problem in processing them.

Always a great selection. I was a bit taken aback that there was only ONE cash register bank operating for the entire store. Still friendly service. Still one of my favorite places to shop.

Found a Liz Claiborne handbag in store. Decided to check online price and it was even cheaper, ordered and picked up the next day. Lots of after Christmas sales, didn't need anything. Store is nicely displayed for the holidays, clean and neat.

Could not find where to check out for awhile because they moved it since I was last there and there were no signs. But once I did find it they were very pleasant. Products are good too, especially when on sale.

I had to return an online order and the employee was wonderful. We had a couple of laughs about me returning shorts for my husband. The store looked clean and organized.

Always like shopping at JCPenney. Only shop if I have a coupon or the item I want is on sale. Lucky if they both happen at the same time. Store brands are very good. Like Arizona Jean's and Stafford shirts

I was just looking around, found n new inside slippers at 45% off price. I wear a large shoe - but these fit great. Fast check out, as not many people.

The sales associate went out of their way to help me find my son's pants size in different brands that were on sale. They also signed me up for rewards which gave me a 20% discount off total purchase at the register. Everyone was eager to help and offer excellent customer service.

They are having an amazing sale right now. Found some great buys, made me very happy. The employees were very helpful, let me know there was a coupon on line to get an additional savings, bonus! It was a fun shopping trip.

This JCPenney was clean and orderly. The selection was good. The staff member was very helpful and offered any discounts to be applied. She was also Pleasant and friendly. This is a good store to shop at for almost all your clothing and apparel needs as well as jewelry small appliances perfume in other things.

There was 2 nice people waited on me in pick up Matt and Sue. BUT what I ordered was not what I expected!! They sent wide calf and wide width I only needed my feet wide also I ordered brown boots and I was sent a black pair which was so disappointing because now the brown was out of stock!!
