Be smart when buying jewelry. This guy (the one with the Gandhi glasses) tried to overcharge 5x the spot price which is insane for a non custom machine made chain. I brought my own scale (he lied about the gram weight) as well as did my calculations on the gold price that day. I negotiated him to a realistic price and I got my chain, some would say at a steal but to think was going to be robbed big time had I gave him what he asked or even the “deal” he offered 🙄

I was overcharged for a belt. I called the store and I told the guy working at Benzers that my card was charged twice and he told me to come into the store and he would correct the issue. I walked into the store and the owner told me it was a problem with my bank and not his store. That’s fraudulent if ya ask me. The belt wasn’t worth 21 dollars. Be careful using a card in this place, you won’t get your money back when they hit it twice!

Terrible Horrible, went here to find my lido one a ring. Over priced 10k gold. The owner was very rude. Told me to go somewhere else if the price was too much. SO I did and found it cheaper. Thanks for the advice. Wish I could give no stars.

Just another place where they walk over you just to make sure you don't take anything. Walked right in with no welcome to the store or do you need any help. All they did was follow me. Now I see why people don't really go to the store.
