Cheryl's Herbs

I am so happy to find a BO herb business here in STL. I am studying to become an Herbalist, and this find came right on time! I was pleased to see they had most of the herbs I intended to purchase and more!

The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I loved the setup of the store and all the books they had to offer. It was a good experience, and I plan to be a regular. I'm not from STL, so to be able to refer to all of my out-of-town friends and family is awesome as well!

I came for a Yelp Elite Event and stayed because of the awesome service and selection.
Finding a place with all natural herbs and hair and body products while also supporting local business, is right up my alley.
What's even more up my alley is a well organized and clean establishment with great customer service. So let's just say my experience at Cheryl's, checked off all my boxes. And the prices are very reasonable as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful and if they didn't know the answer to a question they did not hesitate to look it up. I appreciate this so much more than guessing and misleading a person.
If you're looking for tinctures, natural shampoos, body creams, teas, essential oils and more this is the place.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly..I always splurge when I visit, 80%of my herbs are collected here . There is always information laying about and they have great deals and sales.

I had been searching for over a year for an oil that would work in my hair .
I caught the attention of jojoba oil and purchased a bottle .
It was best thing that ever happened to my hair !
Now I will get the oil from no where else but here lol
You must pay a visit, the staff is helpful and the products are wonderful.

I am so impressed with this store! Tiffany Jones and her staff are knowlegeable about the products in the store and the best way to use them. I was impressed with all the detail and care they put into making their product, making sure that it is organic or wildly sourced. I highly recommend their products and appreciated that they have kept the cost to a reasonable amount.

This review is based on my online customer service. My experience was superb, all my questions were answered timely and recommendations was even given. I was thoroughly impressed on how they addressed my billing issue without questions. I will most definitely be making more purchases. Also the prices are perfect. None of my purchases were over priced and that was a plus for me!

Very nice & informative. I got what I was looking for & their prices are very fair. They even offered shipping which is great for me! Having severe back pain, traveling around is unbearable sometimes. I’m glad I called & even happier they had the ear oil I was looking for. It’s the Garlic Mullein ear oil for cats & dogs. Happy to buy from local businesses & keeping the funds close to home.

A lot of times you buy herbal products and they smell great but don’t really do much. We spent all day in the sun and my grand children and I were quite sunburned. Even with sun screen!
I happened by Cheryl’s After Burn herbal mix, and bought some out of desperation. Not only did it instantly relieve all our discomfort, it helped us to heal faster too. We keep one in the fridge for those days when we get a little too much sun. It smells great and helped an eczema patch heal to boot!

I think ownership canned in the last year due to the passing of Cheryl. Last I visited, they were very light on inventory as they finished up the last bit of Cheryl's stuff to make room for the new. That said, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I know next to nothing about most of the items there, but they are always eager to walk me through everything. In normal times they have tons of stuff available and prices are reasonable.

The cashier was so informative and kind . Couldn't believe the wide variety and assortment of herbs and spices,. I bought so much stuff 🙏❤❤❤

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable.

They had all of the herbs I needed, at an excellent price. The store is well-organized and well-lit, the staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked that their bulk herb selection is offered online, so that I could make sure my selections were available. The library looked interesting and comfortable, and I will definitely have a better look when the weather isn't so dreadful! :) Will return and recommend.

Herb shop that has herbs, teas and tincture products from A-Z…the pricing is very economical and the store is so neatly arranged with a friendly smile behind the counter. I recommend Cheryl’s Herbs for your herbal needs.

I have loved all of the products I've gotten from Cheryl's Herbs. From the body wash, face moisturizer, body lotion, various teas and extracts. I appreciate that they take you through the process of how they make their products and will take the time to answer any question you may have. Knowing that they have not only taken the care to use quality ingredients but they themselves use the products they make, says a lot.

With extra parking in the back, I felt stress free walking into the front door. The smell of herbs and oils surrounded my senses with a strong feel of relaxation. The staff answered all my questions and even printed of directions on how to steep the teas. Love this place.

Occasionally I have bad leg cramps or charley horse pains in both legs but when I apply Cheryl’s cayenne balm I am delighted at how fast my pain is relieved both I and my husband will forever be grateful for this product and will always keep it on hand

LOVE this place. Every single person I've talked to have been extremely helpful and always very nice. Been back 3x times already since February!

This place is amazing. I only found it a week ago but since then I’ve been there twice and bought two different types of tea and two different essential oils. All four of the items I bought were of of the highest quality. I will be a life long customer I think.

I deal with low energy and difficult menstrual cycles. I’ve been using the “For Her”, and “Adrenal” now for over a year. My husband has commented he can tell the difference when I forget to take it. Im more active. Im grateful to have found something more natural to improve my situation.
