Fantastic local store and management that has gone out of their way multiple times to provide the best experience.

I love going to DICK'S to get cleats. I get cleats every 2 years and I can always count on them to have some on sale for $15. The most expensive cleats I've bought there were for $29 (NIKES).

The sales are always rockin' and the staff is great and friendly. Very customer oriented.

I wish I remembered their names but there was a lady with beautiful long braids and also maybe a manager from the Middle East I believe?? They were so nice also the cashier! I had a lot of questions and they were HAPPY to help! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience! Love my new hoka’s!

I went in to exchange an item. KB was super friendly & helpful. The cashier (young lady with long blonde hair) was as well but i did not get her name.

Halley was fantastic, walked across the whole building with me. She was very helpful when I was looking for a winter item when every other store is phasing out winter clothing.

I am not normally in to a lot of big chain stores but my son wanted to see if they had something he was looking for. And, after finding a great pair of Nike tennis shoes for my husband I was given $40 off my purchase just for applying for their card! I've never had a store give that much discount just for applying. Made the whole trip worth it!

Went in kayak shopping. They have a pretty good selection of them, whether you want a fishing kayak or recreational kayak. I wanted a recreational that wouldn't break the bank, oh & lightweight as well. Found it & walked out a happy customer. Staff & service was awesome as well!

Okay I have to give a little shout-out to a man named Zach. First of all let me say that going into a sporting goods store as a plus-size girl who looks like she hasn't worked out like ever, it's nerve-wracking! I was just trying to find some shoes that would be comfortable and that would help me start off with my healthy Journey. That's when I met zach in the shoe department. I explained to him what I was looking for and I also let him know that I had giant feet! I wasn't really expecting too many shoes to pick from. This man went into the back and grab like 10 pairs of my size. He went through every shoe and explained the differences, explained which ones are more comfortable and which ones would be better for my feet. This man is absolutely genuine! You do not find customer service like this anymore these days. Anyways found a pair that I love and I did not feel embarrassed like I thought I would. So thank you zach!

I went in looking for compression elbow sleeve. Not knowing were to go. I saw a gentleman that was working, and I asked him could he point me in the right direction and showed him my used old worn out compression sleeve. So he did I also asked him to point me in the right direction of the bathroom and he did. So I went in took care of relieving myself, then went to where (KEN) told me what area. When he came over to assist me in help in every way possible to reassure me that I got what I was looking for. But he kept getting interrupted by other staff, even when he told them sreval times that he was with a customer helping them. He stayed calm in patient with me through all that, I even told him he could leave in help that customer, but he said no because I wasn't done with figuring out the correct compression elbow sleeve and he wanted to make sure I got the help I deserve. Can't say enough about (KEN) he was completely awesome, great way to go (KEN). That's customer service, I am in the customer service industry and we don't have enough of (KEN'S) around he is a keeper in my book. Thank you, Thank you (KEN)

I love shopping at this store however I wish it had more Fitness and martial arts equipment and uniforms for adults and children of both genders it would be nice to have another store besides Academy that carried that type of merchandise especially if it was from century but like I said I really enjoy myself every time I go there her Mister Josh and family January 2019.

Employees give this establishment a huge edge over their closest competitor! Knowledgeable, helpful but know when to back off! (And these were young people that didn't appear old enough to have developed these attributes!)

LOVE this location!!!! Way better customer service than the Firewheel location! The gentlemen that helped me load my equipment in my car was so sweet and patient!

Clean, well organized store. Great selection! Love their sale racks for my kids! Great company that supports so many great causes.

The few times I've had questions here I have found the staff to be really nice, especially the gun counter guys.

Alyssa was very knowledgeable and was great to work with when picking out a glove for my son!

Robert and Crilly were friendly at the golf center . I recently was at a golf shop and felt like an outsider. Robert and Crilly made me feel very comfortable.
