I have a problem with recent purchase. And they explained the solution. Worked as promised!

Even pre December this place is rocking!!!

I worked with Larry in appliances, and he did great job helping me pick out the right appliances. The manager came over and helped get the delivery and haul away setup. "Best Buy" for sure as they had the best prices!

I had a great experience today with the Geek Squad's Colton. He seemed very relaxed and knew what to do as soon as we explained what the issue was. The service was quick and reliable and I will always use their service for any needs.

Helpful staff. Proposed my lack of cell signal strength issues in a metal building, and they found the appropriate solution. They even gave me a few options to select from to best suit my needs and budget. When offered to see if I'd qualify for a Bestbuy credit card I thought it may be like other card offers where you wait a week or 2 to receive the news. They let me know as soon as I was done with inputting my info while checking out and I was actually able to use it right then!

I made an online purchase and drove over an hour to pick up my open box “prize”. If you’re not familiar with their open box goods you are missing out on some great deals! Often, as in this case, there isn’t anything wrong with the product, just the box itself was dinged up. Picking up my order was quick and easy as Tyler found my order and had someone come and load it in my car for me. Thank you Tyler for making my experience a pleasant one and thank you Best Buy for the bargain!

Best Geek Squad Service. Ross, Geek Squad Technician was a life saver!! Everything about my experience was top notch, from scheduling an appointment to the daily communication and resolution of my issue. He was concerned with finding me the best option to resolve my computer problem, while providing options and considering cost. He made this stressful situation painless and I'm so grateful!! 10 out of 10-would recommend!

I wanted to get Animal Crossing for my new Nintendo Switch Lite, and I walked in and immediately asked the man at the front where to find it and he found an employee to take me there immediately. They were so quick, helpful, and friendly! The game is super cute and fun!

Been to this location twice with issues and Joey was the only one whom could help me both times. He goes out of his way to help the customers in ways that are so impressive that HE IS THE REASON i will buy from best buy. As a training manager for 15 years i would definitely look into him as a store trainer!!! He sets the bar high and exceeds customer expectations with no hestitation! Thank you Joey!!

This Best Buy is Awesome! The Staff is very helpful, & Knowledgeable. I went in for a DLSR Camera, and was help by an awesome employee! He answered all of my questions (I had alot of them since this would be my first DLSR), & helped me pick one out that fit everything I wanted. I went with the Nikon Z50 that came with 2 lens. I am extremely happy with this purchase, & the customer services I was provided!

The TV salesman was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions. Explained purchase options and wasn't too pushy about add ons.

Staff were on point in assisting customers shout out Cody and Lyman. Store is not busy given the circumstances. Everyone is wearing mask and hand sanitizers are on tap at the front of the store.

Got to get my hands on the new Galaxy Flip which was exciting! This Bestbuy also offers curbside pickup which is great and convenient.

Abdel is amazing at the Rockwall BestBuy. I needed a USB peripheral, and he allowed me to try it to make sure it worked. It did not work initially, but he spent time with me until it worked. Thanks Abdel!

I love whenever my sales person is knowledgeable of what I'm looking for. The only drawback I have is that it is not in the store. You can't take it with you after you purchase it.
