Great service and very knowledgeable!! Tyler has outstanding customer service skills. We purchased our phones a couple of weeks ago. Tyler was very helpful. Had questions about our new bill. Tyler recognized us as soon as we walked in and gave us neighborhood greeting. Can’t say enough about his knowledge and service. I know a bit about customer service having worked in the telecom field as my last employment was as a director of operations for a telecom company. Having overseen Human Resources and hiring and interviewing etc etc I can say Tyler is among the best. Thank you for your time.

We upgraded two of our phones at the Falmouth store and Duong provided us with exceptionally good service. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgable. What can be a very stressful experience was made very pleasant and fun by Duong.

Went in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Tyler who was AMAZING. Tyler hooked me up with a new phone and also perfectly put on a new screen protector, camera lens protector and pop socket. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and spent time talking me through all the options available. Best customer service ever!

I went to the Falmouth ATT store today and had an excellent customer experience. I had a lot to take care of in one visit, including transferring a phone line from a corporate account to my personal account, making changes to my personal account, buying a new phone, etc. There were many bumps in the process (not due to any fault of ATT) and Tyler was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me work through issues on my end, as well as got my information transferred and fully set up and running with the new phone. Definitely recommend from a customer service perspective.

I went to the Falmouth store on Friday with a laundry list of an agenda. I was looking to add a new line and phone for my son, upgrade a phone for my older son, fix a cracked screen and upgrade our wireless plan. I had to wait outside because the capacity inside was maxed. Drew took a moment to come outside and let me know he would be with me as soon as possible and that he would come get me in my car so I didn’t have to wait in the cold. Drew was so professional and attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed everything on my list. He was so transparent at every turn and I walked away feeling so confident and excited that the changes we made resulted in the best deal possible. The whole experience was so smooth and even fun! Drew is the best I have worked with and I will send everyone I know to that store. Thank you so much, Drew!

I want to say that Tyler was the most amazing person who has ever helped me at ANY AT&T! I dislike trying to change things in my account over the phone, and I needed some guidance about which two options I had in mind. Tyler was friendly, looked me in the eye (important to me), and immediately knew the answer to all of my questions. Not only that, but he helped work things out in my (the customer's) best interest-impressive. I went back today with my son, to make a final choice, and Tyler got us all set up! Tyler is a shining example of GREAT customer service!

My husband and I went in to the Falmouth, Maine location to purchase new iPhones. Overall the experience was wonderful - Tyler and Drew were extremely helpful, and we never felt like we were being "sold" to. Very different experience than we've had at other stores making these purchases in the past. I had to return to the store a few days later, a fault of my own, and Tyler recognized me, remembered my name, and helped me right away. Will always visit this store for our future phone & accessory needs because of this professional and friendly customer service experience.

Stopped by the AT&T store in Falmouth. Tyler assisted me. I needed to separate my account from my husbands account. He gave me the resources I needed and walked me through the steps. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He replaced the screen cover film on my phone that was cracked.
I will go to that store just for the excellent service.

Great service from Tyler and Jackman:

- I had a broken phone. They walked me through my options for either a screen fix, replacement device or an upgraded phone.
- I decided to receive a replacement device and then upgrade - they made this process easy.
- They helped me to erase content on broken phone before sending back.

I was there to get a new phone, and Drew was there and he was super helpful. Drew made it quick when purchasing two new phones! He was helpful, nice, polite and a genuine good guy. Buying a phone from the AT&T store is a lot easier than you’d think!

I just upgraded my phone and Jack at the store was the most helpful and patient. Showed us all of the options, worked with us and gave us his full attention. He made the whole process so easy and was very pleasant to work with.

This retailer was the best experience. The store was extremely clean and they were so careful due to Covid, making it feel like a safe environment.
I have used Marginal Way store in Portland and Maine Mall retailer in South Portland in the past. This store will be the store we will go to in the future.
Tyler was so very helpful and really interested in making the process so comfortable. He worked tirelessly to get us back to ATT. Jackman was so pleasant and helpful in answering questions also. They were great.

Nicest employees I've ever seen.

Wife and I came in wanting to switch from US Cellular because it's bad and we were not disappointed with the exceptional level of service provided by this store. They put on TV for our 3 year old and gave him cookies which kept him calm long enough to get our phone stuff dealt with, it was a pleasant surprise not having to chase him around while trying to deal with phone stuff.

I received a new phone in the mail yesterday and was having problems getting it to connect to my cellular data. I went into the store today and Tyler helped me fix the problem. He was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I couldn’t of had a better experience!

First off want to say that we found the staff there to be extremely nice but we ended up working directly with Richard and he could not have been more helpful. He was working alone one evening and though the store became busy at times he handled it with poise and was very friendly and professional. He was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciated the experience and service he provided.

Tyler was great! I was very apprehensive about getting a new phone but he talked me through every step of the way. Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional!
