Huge thank you and kudos to Nicki at Falmouth Staples. I came in with a pile of old watches needing batteries. I had been to Walmart where standing next to the sign reading “we change watch batteries $5.95” I was told only if my watch was purchased there. At staples Nicki got a tool, opened each watch, wrote down the battery number— went to look for it— not in stock— wrapped the watches so they stayed open and I could do it myself, rewrote the list for clarity and sent me on with suggestions for where I could find the batteries. It was some of the most adept, thoughtful customer service I have ever received. This young woman should be recognized!

The lady that waited on me couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I was having trouble printing a label from my phone. She was truly a caring person!!!! Thank you!

Adam in the Copy & Print area was extremely helpful to me today. I had a project which involved scanning and emailing a pile of documents (some one-sided and others two-sided) and he guided me through it flawlessly. It's so refreshing to to find courteous, efficient assistance when you really need it!

I had placed an online order and there was a minor hiccup with it. Todd the manager quickly resolved it and made up for any inconveniences I had. I will be back next time I need print services.

Recently my grandfather passed away. I went to Staples to have his photo printed on a large foam board for the service. With all the other details to coordinate I forgot to pick it up until Thursday night at 9pm when running through our checklist for the wake and funeral Friday morning - out of town. I frantically called the store hoping they would answer even though it was 2 minutes after 9. Explaining the situation I was transferred to the Manager. He agreed to keep an eye out for me to let me pick up the photograph. Colby, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness in letting me get the picture after hours. You made my day. Thank you.

On our vacation to Maine, we had the unfortunate experience of both our iPhones dying. We drove more than an hour from Westport Island, where we were staying, to Portland to visit the only Apple Store. My husband's phone was shot, but mine needed a new battery. The price Apple wanted to charge to replace a battery on an old phone, $80, was prohibitive. On our search for a reasonable replacement, we visited three Staples stores in the vicinity, ending up at the Falmouth store. Everyone we encountered at Staples was courteous, helpful and professional. They went out of their way to track down the correct battery and to install it for us for $29.
The phone has worked perfectly since. We had no idea they had Apple-certified techs. From now on Staples will be at the top of our list for any cell-phone repairs. BIG thumbs up.
