Needless to say, my wife found several pairs of jeans here with ease! The staff was super helpful, and the store was immaculately clean. I also have to commend them for the complimtary drinks they brought me while I sat and watched her have fun. If this store doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. 😁
Safe to say, we will be here again on our next adventure out west.

Love coming here. Glad that they are surviving the expansion of Amazon and offer so much needed "in-person" experience of shopping. Hope they stay here forever and beat the war with online giants. Sale reps are always welcoming and helpful. However, some benches need replacement. Rundown beyond repairs.

This review is specifically for my experience today in the perfume department. My birthday is next week and so I wanted to treat myself with a new perfume. I tend to wear unisex fragrances and initially headed into the women's side. I was barely acknowledged and when I asked how things were sorted they just said “brand” and no one helped me find anything. I was feeling a little overwhelmed and defeated, because there were so many options, and I didn’t know where to start. I then wandered onto the men’s side, where I was promptly greeted by Vanand. He asked me what I was looking for and what perfumes I currently use. He was able to give me a few recommendations immediately and the very first one was absolutely perfect and what I was looking for. What could have been a very disheartening experience ended up being a great one, so thank you Vanand for killing it.

I recently indulged in a personal shopping experience at this department store, and it was nothing short of amazing! The attentive and knowledgeable personal shopper guided me through the latest fashion trends, helping me select outfits that perfectly suited my style. The quality of the clothing was top-notch, and the value I received for the service was outstanding. I left with a refreshed wardrobe and newfound confidence. Highly recommended!

Nordstrom at the Grove has great customer service in fact sometimes it can be perceived as rather over the top but in the end you will have a good experience here and hopefully find that fragrance, bag, or piece of clothing your looking for.

I walked in not looking to buy a new fragrance but only to browse. Went to the Diptyque, Byredo booth just to smell & I was presented with the GREATEST fragrance advisor I have ever encountered, Michelle Diaz. She was AMAZING ! 10/10! Extremely helpful & patient. Asked all the right questions & I left with a bottle of Byredo. I did love the fragrance I purchased but I bought mostly into the customer service I received. I wish she worked in my hometown I would only go to her. She had so much knowledge and knew exactly what she was selling not like other advisors I've encountered.

I had already got my wife a full outfit so I figured I might as well just complete it by picking her up a pair of heels to pull it all together. I’m much better at picking out clothes she likes so I decided to lean on Christine, the staff member who was willing to help me on my quest. She did a great job picking my brain about my wife’s style before making a few recommendations. I finally decided on a pair we both liked and bought it. Truly top notch customer service and I hope I won’t be back to exchange them.

I this place is full of a lot business and theater,very highly place to visit with family I like this place!!

Great place with superb service. Ask the staff about the food and they will help you to get a great lunch or dinner. Margaritas are really good ( not in the drink list)

Shoe lah lah... fun things that are expensive.. People who are self important shoving and stuffing their arms with items as if they're hyenas on the Serengeti, but you know, hey it's Nordstrom's the epicenter of Karen's.....

One of the best places to visit. Farmer's market is nearby too.. You get to enjoy live music by some bands. Shopping and dining is good too! In love with this place!

Claire (sp?) from the Malin + Goetz counter was very helpful. The grapefruit face cleanser is refreshing; a real winner.

Jenny at the perfume counter was knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding us to our perfect perfume choice!

Bought Valentino Uomo EAU DE TOILETTE. Got great help from the staff. Clean and organized store, lots of customers.

Michelle at the Byredo helped me great selecting holiday gifts. She is amazing!

All way fun to go shopping in person. We should all go out more to shop. No do so much of it online

Hats off to Nordstrom for having high standards in hiring employees.

I purchased an American doll from their store in the Grove and asked for the gift wrap and I was told that I needed to go to the Nordstrom store in this regard. So I went to gift wrapping center at the second floor of Nordstrom. At the reception desk a lady named BRANDY (if I recall correctly) told me to come for picking it up tomorrow. I told her that tonight is my friend’s daughter birthday and asked if it is possible for her to do it today and I can wait even an hour or so there to wrap it for me. She asked me to stay there and immediately gift wrapped my package perfectly and returned it to me. Later that night, I gave my friend’s daughter her birthday gift and she was sooo happy with it. I firmly believe that one of the reasons that she loved her present was the perfect gift wrapped box by Brandy. Kudo to her

P.s: I hope that I recall her name correctly. She is a gorgeous African American lady at the gif wrapping center of the second floor.
