Alright Alright Alright!!!
I have NO IDEA why this store has a low star rating. I made a point to spend some time(45 mind) talking to many of the staff and asking questions.
The staff at this location were SUPER FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL.
I had the pleasure of meeting Angie(assistant store manager) who helped me to find what I was looking for and joined me in some fun conversation along the way! The store is SUPER CLEAN and well stocked. Lots of Christmas decor, gifts and confection. They have a photo section, where you can print your photos and gift cards for every occasion. Their self checkout has many stations to keep the line moving FAST! I was very impressed today(considering the 2.5 star) and I would highly recommend!!!

Moni is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. She was so kind, smiled the whole time and overall pleasant.
Update: Loretta is amazing as well. She had me and the customer in front of me cracking up laughing.
Update: this whole damn store is full of the nicest people. It’s like they started a nicest person competition and hired the top 10

I love the CVS Pharmacy on W 3rd Street and Fairfax. The pharmacist, Jenny, is always so kind and helpful. She truly makes life easier by happily helping me with my prescriptions. No matter what time of day or night, Jenny gives me her all. I appreciate this beyond words. Jennifer is another very kind pharmacist that helps me as well. Today Josephine and Daniel assisted me on the phone and through my check out. They always remember my name and greet me with the warmest smiles! The entire staff at this CVS pharmacy location is second to none!! They go above and beyond! Making my days much easier.

Had a good experience at the CVS at third and Fairfax. I was seen at the Cedars-Sinai Urgent Care and they sent my prescription to the CVS.

CVS sent me a text saying that my prescription would be ready in 2 and a half hours, but they would do it quicker if I needed them to do that.

I texted back that I did, because I expected to start feeling better soon after the first dose. That worked. The prescription was ready as soon as I showed up. I took the first pill as soon as I got home, and I'm starting to feel better already.

My favorite Dove candies were on sale, my other purchase came with a substantial discount, and self-checkout took less than two minutes. I even got discount coupons for future purchases! CVS takes good care of their loyal customers! Very satisfactory experience, as always.

I had a large photo order online that was set to be printed and picked up in store. Unfortunately when I got there the order wasn’t ready and had to be re-printed. I circled back after about 15 minutes and the photo printer had run out of paper and jammed while re-printing my order. Came back again about another 20 minutes later and everything was all good the order got printed and finalized and the guy running the front cash register was super apologetic and way above and beyond and getting it all packaged up, ensured that it was all good and everything looked right.

This is a large, friendly, well stocked CVS. The staff is always friendly. Every manager I have ever met or interacted with is helpful and has a good personality.

This cvs can pass for supermarket, it's huge and sells everything at regular cvs prices!!

I only used the pharmacy service ones there and there was a bit of a wait which was stressful when just out of the hospital. I've been shopping there mainly for beauty products for almost ten years as it is on my way to work, I even get my ID pictures taken there. Everybody is great, go out of their ways to help, I get discounts for no reason all the time... I go to other CVS sometimes and it's not as good. They also have free samples very often! So maybe the pharmacy itself isn't great as reviews mostly complain about that part but the rest of the store is top notch.

I tried to do the online receipt survey but it wouldn’t work. Pharmacist was very caring. The tech was personable and fun. I was in and out within minutes with my filled prescription and a huge smile on my face. Thank you!

Professional staff knowing well what they ought to do. You will not miss a single medicine,almost 99% of medicines are available w/out insurance
