Ross Dress for Less

I recently visited this Ross Dress for Less location and was blown away by the selection and value. There is so much to choose from here, with racks and racks of clothing, shoes, accessories, and home decor items.

The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with helpful signage and friendly staff available to assist if needed. I appreciated the wide range of sizes and styles available, and was especially impressed by the selection of name-brand items at discounted prices.

Despite the large size of the store, it was clean and tidy throughout, and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. The checkout process was efficient and quick, and the cashier was courteous and professional.

I rarely leave positive reviews but Mariana provided me and my family with the best customer service experience I have ever recieved at any retail store ever, especially during the busy Christmas season! She’s very diligent with her work and made sure we had a excellent shopping experience and ensured we found everything we needed! Shes clearly a hard worker and it’s appearnt she enjoys her job. I was honestly surprised to find out she isn’t a supervisor or even manager!

The wife loved the place. She went looking for a woman's T-shirt and left with 2 pairs of jeans and a winter sweater. She would have brought more but was feeling guilty about spending money even though we spent less than $60; and this morning she wants to go back again

It’s a typical Ross, however it’s larger than most, has a wide selection of products and plenty of parking. Handicap accessible, restrooms and changing rooms. Friendly staff (for the most part)… easy in and out, across from The Grove if you desire more, centrally located, across the street from a Whole Foods and CVS… it’s definitely a prime location with many many options!

Joelle gave the best customer service I’ve ever had here. I had actually quit coming to this location because the staff was so mean but Joelle changed everything and since she started working here I’ve been back three times in one week. You guys are very lucky to have her.

Good selection in movado watches

I simply love Ross on 3rd Street! It's always clean when I go in, and it's always fully stock. You can tell the difference between their clearance and what was the regular price, plus they always have good clearance items. OH My Goodness and their assortment of journals are fantastic. I started painting because I walked in and found the cutest little paint set and had to have it thank you Ross.

Great large selection. Not a lot of good red dresses. Cute summer dresses of 💐 flowers and cats 🐱. Short lines at around 11pm on Fridays. Many open stalls for the fitting rooms. One large fitting room with a curtain but only two small hooks too close to the floor. Easy exit by the corner. Restroom with a lock and only 2 stalls but reasonably stocked. So many bags 👜and so many shoes👠.

As one of the greatest stores ever—especially this branch across the street at the 3rd St., Promenade. Thanks!

Very popular store and good selection

Super nice employees, fast service and great selection and convenient and they validate your parking for an hour I believe and it’s across from The Grove Without the prices of the Grove Ross has amazing prices.
I bought DKYN Be delicious Eau De Parfum /spray for $19.99 and that is way better than department stores prices and a beautiful pair of 18K gold plated over Sterling silver fine cubic zirconium studs and they were on sale at Ross for their sale price for $8.99 and they’re gorgeous.
The manager is extremely nice and if you have any problem she will help you.

The store was very neat! I visited the shoe department & no shoe was on the floor & the aisles were wide & not cluttered. The Store manager Sonia actually opened the door & welcomed me in, it was around noon. The associate in the jewelry department was nice & friendly. This was the best Ross I have visited & will be returning very soon.

First time at a Ross, lets just say its a lot of stuff there. I didn't even get to see it all cuz i was looking at and buying all the shoes in my size. It's basicly name brand for less, you know? Anyway i loved it.

Employees make this place worth coming back to. The security is also very friendly, helpful, and most are even easy on the eyes.
That being said, the employee hiring speaks volumes about how put together the management must be.
I blow dough at Ross, and I Love each and every moment of it.

I love stopping by for cheap finds on cooking utensils. They carry items, ranging from pots to yoga mats for as low as $10! Also, the parking is basically free since they offer up to 3 hours of validation.

It's also conveniently located by the Grove, so you can easily kill two birds with one stone.
