The Vitamin Shoppe

I came in to Miracle Mile, out on The Grove shopping center’s edge, to do some Pickl app tasks, as secret shopper, at The Vitamin Shoppe. I looked around, a bit, after I had finished my task on my iPad Pro, and the staff was very friendly. They have a good selection of supplements, vitamins, and minerals, which is good to know. I found some food for my day, nearby, which is convenient, since I’m out on the streets, right now.

I had two supplements I needed to get that were impossible to find anywhere else the day of, and while I’d ordered one for pick up that was ready and bagged when I got there, I asked for the other, thinking they wouldn’t have it in stock. *They did*, and the staff member I asked quickly stepped away to show me exactly where it was without missing a beat. He was able to explain to me exactly what my options were and how potent each option was without even looking much at the bottles! I walked out with both supplements, and he was very kind to boot, talking to me casually as he rang up my additional order. I just cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable the staff member was, and how quick and pleasant my experience was. This is a great location! Thank you for making me feel welcomed there!

Every time I go to the VItamin Shoppe on Fairfax, they are super nice to me and always helpful when I have questions regarding a product that I am not familiar with.

I can't remember the name of the staff member that helped us (long brown hair), but he was super knowledgeable, honest and helpful when we had questions about supplements (and we had a lot). Highly recommend

I was there this evening and Belle the vitamin expert assisted me. This was the second time. My mom was having some memory issues and the previous visit Belle recommended this two vitamins Alpha GPC and Phosphatidylserine complex. They have been wonderful, it really has helped my 80 year old mother. She is sharper and more alert. Thank you Belle, you are the best .

Damon and Carla! Each and every visit has been enhanced by these two Vitamin Shoppe employees. Both knowledgeable, service-oriented and sensitive to the needs of my health interests. It always helps when the visit begins with a greeting and smile from them. Vitamin Shoppe upper management, you should look to these two employees as the exemplars of the service you wish to provide your consumers. They would also be fine mentors for this store’s other managers and employees who demonstrate very well that they care little to nothing for offering a fine service for the benefit of Vitamin Shoppe.

This is my neighborhood Vitamin Shoppe I have been coming here for years😊 but this time the manager Julio remembered me an noticed I trimmed down! That was big for me. He has always been helpful but most importantly knowledgeable!! .I hope they all know he goes above and beyond to help with all your supplement needs! Thank you again!!

I came in on the first night of 2021, about 10 minutes before they closed. Looking for vitamin C powder zinc and supplements for the +50 crowd.
Ash was the only there, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
She walked me through some cost-cutting measures and I got a good deal!

Been buying my vitamins and supplements for years here. The semi-annual sales are awesome way to stock up on expensive supplements and the staff are all very helpful. Wide selection of products. Lots of choices which is always nice

This particular Vitamin Shoppe location has a huge selection and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They have every make and variety of vitamin and an unrivaled stock of athletic supplements. Easily the best place for this kind of thing in the neighborhood.
