Great service and AT&T store I’ve ever been too. I had to translate to my mother and they made it easy and were so patient with us and our million questions. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I went in to this store with a complicated request and the gentleman that helped me spent over 20 minutes trying to figure out how to help me. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend you go to this store if you want an easy great experience.

I had some issues changing my Iphone and watch from a work account moving to a personal account. I had to make several trips due the security my company placed on the phone and watch. Charles, Cameron and Andrew were all awesome trying to figure out all my issues. This should be your go to store for any CELL needs.

Kegan was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He talked me into getting the Google Pixel instead of another iPhone.

This store is the GOAT for AT&T. I will likely never go to a different location in the future. Matt and Jalen got right to work on my phone upgrade. They were very knowledgeable and personable. While Jalen was handling the order and paperwork, Matt picked out a handful of accessories that I might be interested in. Phenomenal customer service!! In and out. I moved to New Port Richey over a year ago and wish I would’ve gone to this location from the start. Felt like family as soon as I walked in the door! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Best experience I have ever had with any phone service ever was in this store. Went in for an issue with my asurion claim and was blown away with how fabulous the team there was. My issue was resolved super quickly and I ended up talking with the staff and learning so much about all the cool apple products and features I wasn’t aware of. Great experience and I will only go back to this store when I’m in town and in need of service.

My daughter had broken her Samsung phone and when I mentioned about getting a new one, she asked to upgrade to an Iphone like her moms phone. After talking to the staff, they helped us to upgrade the phone but, there was an issue on the computer so we had to wait a bit longer than usual. Because of this, the staff gave my daughter her choice of phone protectors, which was nice of them. Now my son just broke his phone about 3 weeks later, so he is asking for the same upgrade, which means I will be the only samsung holder in the family. I think for Christmas, I will have to stop in and see what are my options are to get my son and myself a new I phone. I use an Iphone for work, so I have gotten used to it over the last few years, and can agree that the Iphone is a better phone than my samsung.... so it looks like we will finally ' come over to the dark side' lol. sooner rather than later. Both times I have been here the lady was nice and friendly and took the time to help me get the right options for what we needed. I guess I will be back again in a few weeks for 2 more upgrades.... see you soon.

Gabriela & Eddie were phenomenal in helping me with my business line!

As soon as I walked in I was kindly welcomed by Eddie who helped me through the process of getting a new line and the manager Gabriela who came out to greet me and make sure that I was being taken care of.

They know their product inside and out and were able to explain everything to me and how it will fill my needs including the different options of phones/watches, phone plans, their differences, and helped me chose which would suit me & my business best. They were very accommodating and were not pushy or overbearing (which I really appreciate).

I was very pleased with the entire experience and will be back again in the future.

Been an AT&T customer for literally the past decade; since 2011. Life circumstances has led me between several states and understandably, security for protecting my account was tripped when I tried to upgrade to the latest-and-greatest phone. First and only time I've had issues with AT&T. For those security reasons, AT&T cancelled my attempts to upgrade, and their support told me I needed to go to a store to verify my identity. I popped by this place and worked with a gentleman named Christian, who fully resolved my security issue and processed my upgrade in about 5 minutes flat. This gentleman (and the other two guys working with him) were extremely knowledgeable, fun to be around and talk with, and were spot on with their service. There's a rock solid crew here, and there's zero complaints on my part.

Go here if you have problems; these guys will get you squared away and ready to rock 'n roll in minimal time.

I was having some issues because of my new bank card, I went into store and everyone in there was so willing to help me get my TV service back on!!! When I left the store I was one happy camper! My TV was on!! Thanks Jose and staff for going the extra mile! You definitely know how to treat your customers!! You will now be my new AT&T Store!!

I was so Blessed today to meet such a wonderful respectful company as for the manager Tony & his staff member Victoria.. they helped me with the upmost respect after being with not a so good carrier for about 2 years now , so tony & his team presented their opportunity to help me decide on my new phone That was within my budget & also a new fairly decent phone up grade / plan. I’m by far happy , can’t be more pleased.. So yeah I definitely recommend you guys & want to thank you guys again. .. thank you & God bless..
