Publix Super Market at River Crossing

I am so impressed with the Deli manager...I had an issue with some platters and I contacted him.. I received an email stating on my next visit to the store they would refund me. I was given a refund with no issues and when I walked into the store to talk to him about it he knew exactly what the order was and what the issue was without me giving him too much info. I have never had any issues with anything I have ordered before. This interaction is why I will continue to do all my shopping at publix.. Well done on the customer service to this manager and the store.

Shopping is always a pleasure. Staff VERY helpful....thanks to the young man with the long brown pony tail. He came and assisted me with some heavy items. VERY appreciative. Great customer service!!!

I shop at this location for a few items like fried chicken in their deli, key lime pie, fruits, vegetables, and sushi. Publix is on the expensive side to me.

Service is excellent. Never had an issue with the cashiers or baggers talking and talking to each other. They have been courteous.

Nice staff but store needs to expand and get modern like other Newer Publix stores Its way too small for its demographics. Location is great but they haven’t kept up with the times.

I like this store as it is close to my house. However they don't have what the larger Publix stores have! The meat and seafood is so overly priced. The produce rots quicker 😥

From California, we don't have any of these markets, CALIF NEEDS THEM! Such a nice market, clean and Well stocked, with many different brands. Please come to CA.

I make my list on Publix App. I
choose location and the Publix app rearranges my list by location in store. Then my husband shops for us. When he picks up the item, he clicks on it and it goes off th list. If I forget to list an item I can add it to the list from home on the Pubix app and item will pop onto the list on his Publix App. We both have to be logged into the same account.
They use Instacart for delivery. I think you use another Publix app, the one with a 🥕 added to Publix icon.

Great staff. Have pretty much everything you need. Fresh bread and desserts!

Decided to grill out the other night and someone in produce went in the back to find me a whole box of corn when I needed some. Great customer service

Shout out to Rob in the deli for always making me the best Nashville hot chicken! I really appreciate it :) everyone in the deli here is the best, which is why we come to the specific Publix; the cashiers are always super sweet to my children. Bathrooms are always clean! Oh and how could I forget about the wonderful people in the bakery like Grace and others whom are so helpful and give us the freshest sourdough loaves.

Very friendly people! Enjoy the food they offer. From the deli, their subs and especially the bakery. Use the app to order from deli (for subs or trayas) and bakery ( cakes, trays etc) it's easy to use and convenient. Never have a bad trip here. I really like they help people to their vehicles if they need it. Very refreshing to see that.

This is my favorite of the Publix stores. They have EXCELLENT customer service; always go out of their way to make me feel special, VALUED as their customer.

Publix always has excellent bakery items. And their BOGO deals are always good

I was visiting from Iowa so it was the first time to your store. I glanced at the sign I swear I thought it read Pubix. I had to ask my friend, y would u ever name it that? She told me about the L in the name & it became a funny joke between us.

The store very clean and the shelves were full and well organized. The parking lot unfortunately is too small and the spaces between the isles are way to close to each other. It's hard to back out without hitting another vehicle in the next isle
