Can definitely find some deals here. Stocked up on a few items that were 75% off. Not bad at all. Will def come back.

Went to the Chanel counter to shop for wedding scents & Blanca & Namita were so helpful! They wrapped our perfumes so nicely! We can't wait to open them up in June ❤ Thank you ladies!!

Today I met the store manager Jessica. She was friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent and thoughtful in helping me. I am very grateful to her. The fact that this store has such an excellent, capable and responsible leader is the main reason why this store has received attention and trust. I recommend and praise her, thank you, dear manager Jessica , I hope you a happy work life

Me and my son stopped on to browse and ended up buying a 3pc suit each. They had all the sizes and colors to try on and the salesman in that department helped us pick the best sizes for us. They were very helpful. We ended up buying a sports jacket and few other shirts also. Definitely a nice Macy’s compared to other locations.

It was wonderful. I ordered the bathrobe online. Got an email about the order being ready for pickup, and Macys would hold it until November 24th. On November 21st , I've got a reminder email, and finally, on November 22, I picked up with a negative time of waiting.

A very good Marketplace to shop. It's on the second floor of Westfield Garden State Plaza. It wasn't as busy as expected but there were shoppers on both floors keeping the sales staff busy. We had no problem finding the specific products we wanted. The sales staffers attended to us were courteous, supportive and helpful.
MACY'S continues unabated offering superb customer's service to its customers. They have a department on the lower floor known as 'Last Act" where prices are marked down to reasonable cost. In this department customers are able to find great bargains but there's no further discount on them. That's why it's called 'Last Act', the discounted prices are final. Take it or leave it! My last visit to that Dept. was very successful. Check it out!

I found cosmetic there, salespersons were very nice and helped me to find what I was looking for.

But there No enough staff to provide assistance needed you but in general i like it I bought this beautiful bag from Michel Kors it was around 298 $

Today Macy's was good because they had one day sales 50% off they was alot of people but when it was time to pay it was no big line I was in and out and I got great deals

Love Macy as usual, some great deals for Black Friday, but disappointed the next day had only 25% off so didn't buy anything the 2nd day.

Nothing like Macy’s! Love the experience here well organized, great variety and when I buy here I don’t have to wait for the item I bought. I can go home with it as well as never having to worry about someone stealing it from my door!

Choice.....

Have been a Macy's customer for many years. Split my shopping between this one and the smaller one in Paramus Park mall. Like this big one as it has a larger selection of just about everything. The men's department is massive. Just about all departments are super size. There are 3 floors. Good prices. Lots of sales..

Nice store with a big selection of products to choose from. It would be great if there was a Macy’s in Southwest Virginia. We don’t have any stores there with the a good selection of products. We have to go to Knoxville or Charlotte for stores like this one.

Staff was super helpful and nice.

Wish there was more signage because we couldn’t figure out how to get out.
