Went to Timberland in Garden State with my son who wanted to treat himself with new boots. We were greeted and assisted by a nice young man, Geo who was very informative, patient, helpful and the most professional sales rep met during this holiday season! Purchased boots here, and the cashier AD helped me with details for great comfortable boots for long periods of time. Ultimately chose Mt. Maddsen hiking boots, as suggested. Great feel, and it's like a bed for my feet. Also donated a dollar for saving the trees, because I am all for that. Still can't believe how good it feels on my soles.

Alan was so nice and very fast. He helped us exchange our online order, find a good fitting pair of boots, and ring us up all under 10 minutes.
