Manuel the manager was more than welcoming and helped us to his full extent! Him & his team will be able to provide anyone with services and also answer questions about transferring services from elsewhere!

I am an Army Vet who had just returned to the states after 4 years of being gone. We needed to reactivate my old account which had been on suspension. Mr. Brandon, the store manager, went out of his way to assist me and set me back up with service right away. No hassles, very professional, just all around the best customer service I have ever received from AT&T. Thank you for your professionalism sir.

The store Manager Brandon was amazing. We’ve been overseas for a couple of years and he made our transition so easy. Communication was impeccable, and he was able to answer all of our questions.

This AT&T store has been the best experience I've had. The kindness and knowledge are beyond compare. Manuel, Nicole, Gabriel are all very good at what they do. The attention to details and customer service makes you feel like a valued person, not a sale.

This location is amazing! I have 2 boys that are a handful, and the staff here immediately put cartoons to entertain them while I got a new line added to my account:) The store manager was especially helpful as well. Overall 👍🏻

Used to rely on service from the Ingram location, but was always directed to a kiosk. Clearly the associates were more concerned with their phones and tablets than giving any person to person assistance. Here at the Marbach location is completely different. Professionalism is what Manuel M. and his staff give as they go all out to make sure your needs for quality service are met.

Went in to alter my phone plan and upgrade my phone. Store associates were friendly and super helpful at guiding me through moving to a new phone plan from an existing family line. They were amazing at letting me know the best deals and discounts for phone plans and phone upgrades, making it a good, stress-free experience.

Nicole and Brook were great. They were very helpful and personable. I will definitely go back to see them if I need help with my phone/account.

Awesome service Manuel knows what he's doing. Came here from Alabama for an Air Force graduation and our daughter's SIM/phone was wonky and jacked up--the AT&T in their hometown was useless to fix it, but this one problem solved it in 5-10 min flat so she would not be without communication. Many places good help is hard to get--it's all depending in who you get on any given day. But Manuel hooked us right up. Thanks!
