Busy and considering the amount of traffic this location is easily accessible and staff is friendly. Sometimes lines in the store can get long but move quickly. Generally clean outside but always trash , especially by air .

Lady with the pink hair is always super nice.

This store continues to lose numerous customers closing for an hour and sometimes more because it’s doing the “end of day” when other stores stay open for the 5-10 minutes switch over, not to mention it’s one of the few open 24 hours in this area.

The sign said $2.55 for regular but I was charged $2.75. I went into the store to question the discrepancy and was rudely told "the sign is wrong". I told the clerk to fix it. No response.

Apparently the clerk was having a bad day at the entrance with plywood on the broken plate glass door since Monday. She was loading a cart with fire wood and water in front of it inside the store. I entered through the opposite set of doors 50 ft. away. I was going to buy coffee & a donut. When she was rude again to me twice but greeted another customer like a long lost friend. I left and came to my VA appointment at NW151. They have a great canteen with Starbucks coffee. Hope her day gets better. Mine is great. I have worked in the service industry a few times.

I went to fill up my gas tank at this store. However, the card scan could not read my chip, so I went inside to pay. The manager, Carla, asked me what pump #, and i said I didn’t know, but pointed to my silver truck which was visible. She said you need to go outside and find out what # it is. I told her, as an employee you should know, which she said I am done and refused to service me. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. and she is the manager. I won’t be using this store again

Terrible Gas Station very rude cashier I don't remember what this guy's name was but he had dreadlocks and tattoos just to describe him. I was paying this guy just $3.50 worth of quarters to get some gas and he has the nerve to look at me and say we normally don't take this much change but next time you're going to have to have it rolled up in coin wrappers. Seriously you're that lazy because you don't want to count $3.50 worth of quarters??? Also on top of that this jerk had the nerve to repeat himself expecting a response from me which I just said "okay", this guy was a very rude and disrespectful person! I will never shop here again Circle k hires incompetent people I'm going to stick with going to QuikTrip from now on they are a thousand times better!

Donald is horrible at customer service! I literally just walked in to fuel up my car and use the latrine. I'm a disabled vet and don't do well out at night. There is a sign up that says closed for cleaning. Donald is counting lottery tickets. I politely asked if I could use the restrooms because a cleaning sign was up. He told he didn't know because he just came in. I said thank you and walked to the register right next to him where a lady was working. I asked her if I could PLEASE use the restrooms because I was about to pee on myself. She looked at me then looked at Donald and responded with, I don't know, he's cleaning them. I looked up at him and said please!? He told me it was wet and I said I didn't care I had to go sooo bad. He then refered me next door to the restaurant to see of they would let me go. As I walked out the door I tell them both that was great customer-service. I was gonna fill my empty tank up but I'm gonna go somewhere else where they don't make you feel like an inconvenience.

To mention, if Donald did not want me to use the restroom he should have just said so. He is an old man, not a young child.

I came in on Christmas to buy firewood. Their sign CLEARLY read 2 for $10 . My son bought two and was charged almost $20 I contacted corporate and spoke to the marketing manager Fredrick on Jan 1 when he called me back a week later and he said he would make sure they refunded my money (the manager on duty was horribly unprofessional and I truly believed Fredrick was going to take care of this) I came in on the early morning approx 8 days later (I was called out of town on an emergency so couldn’t make it in right away, considering it took him a week to call me in the first place I kinda thought he would understand) no one knew what I was talking about, they were busy and I had to get to work so I said I’d try again later. I went back again today 1-21-18 and again no one has a clue about my refund. I called Fredrick and he said “I took too long to come and get it and he will personally come meet me on ANOTHER day” keep in mind I’ve ALREADY been inconvenienced three times over THEIR MISTAKE and bad advertising. I used to frequent this corner store at least 4 times a week and purchased ALL my gas in both cars and my truck. I have since directed all my business to Carry On at the corner of 151 & Potranco and will NEVER set foot in that location nor any other Valero store again. Shame on your HORRIFIC customer service, talk is cheap. It’s all in your ACTIONS to right YOUR wrong NOT inconvenience your patrons, don’t forget WE are the reason you exist!!! I will make it my mission to post EXACTLY what type of experience I had at this store. I may only be one person but I have three adult children that used to shop there too I’m advising them and all their friends on my experience. I gave y’all well over a month and THREE chances to make this right. Keep my $20 and consider it my gift to you and I hope you learn what TRUE service IS!!!

My debit card number was stolen and used three times at this location. They're obviously not checking ID's when someone makes a"larger" purchase. It was run as credit 3 times for roughly the same amount each time. Possibly an employee who knows a friend is using a fradulent card? Either way, if I was anywhere near San Antonio I wouldn't trust this place.
