AT&T Store

I had the unfortunate situation of having my iPhone 12 crash on me … Battery discharging as a result of broken glass and just way too much pain.

walking into the AT&T store on 281 was like walking into Nirvana. Erin, this young lady who knows more about phones than most of the people at AT&T, surprise the heck out of me.

not only was she pleasant and nice but also knowledgeable. She was able to resolve the entire issue put me into a new iPhone 15. Give me the best deal possible per their ads lol!!
she is a rockstar of service, very conscientious, professional, and caring. Gives me a whole different perspective on the millennials that all of the people are talking about. They can’t find their you know what with both hands!

It was very busy and only two associates working but they did a great job. Carlos helped me out and was extremely patient with me. He helped me understand what I was purchasing and didn't make me feel pressure to buy a ton of stuff That I... didn't need

Larry was very helpful and handled my concern promptly and professionally. He was able to multitask while he was working on my phone and handled all questions that came his way without a problem.
As far as ATT online help, there is a lot to be desired.

Been with Verizon for years. Finally decided saving money wasn’t worth it and decided to switch to AT&T. Went in to the store bc I knew I needed help and Alejandro took the time to answer all my questions and make it the best phone buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure, good prices, and excellent customer service, both in the store and over the phone. Reliable phone service can’t be underestimated these days and am looking forward to having great service from here on out!

My phone was having issues and the store manager took time to help me get my phone working. I'm really satisfied with her services. I'll be coming back here

We went in to have our account updated and to get 2 new phones. Carlos was one of the most patient, friendly, and helpful persons I’ve ever encountered in a retail setting. EVERYTHING was taken care of and we were 100% satisfied. He made a situation that could have been very frustrating, simply not. It was greatly appreciated!

Came in afternoon before 4 and was seen immediately Carlos the young man who helped me was great and not pushy. Set up my new phone and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Carlos at AT&T was very helpful treated myself and my fiancé like family. Gave us his full attention and helped with every detail of our purchase. AT &T needs to look into this employee, we need more employees who put the customers at the top of the list!

Had great reps. Josh was very able to assist us and was quick to serve us when we walked in. He is one of the reasons I will be returning to THIS store if I need assistance again.

The other reason is John. He was able to explain the services in the detail I needed. He was also very very knowledgeable and able to make good recommendations for my needs.
