Office Depot

I stopped in to pick up some toner cartridges for my laser printer, and some paper I usually buy a specific type of paper, which is 500 sheets, 20 lbs 96 bright, 8x11.5 size, and 99.9 percent no jam. It is normally the Office Depot brand.

Luckily, they had the three (3) toner cartridges in stock that I needed; yellow, cyan, and blue. On the paper, they were low in stock, and I needed to get some help to see if there was any more in the store. Unfortunately, there was not. I was able to leave with 2 stacks.

The people in this store were very helpful, courteous, professional, and customer service-oriented.

I also return some toner cartridges, which they gladly accepted and will recycle.

I do want you to know that I've been doing business with Office Depot for more than 15 years. I've always had success with their products, and while their employees change store to store, and so do the items in stock. On average, they do pretty well. Additionally, like every retail store, you need to watch the prices, compare them, and look for sales.

I hope your experiences at these stores are as good as mine.

If you go to the printing services, ask for Isaac. He went above and beyond today helping me with my graduation cap project. He spent over an hour helping me figure out the correct size and paper, the placement of the design, rearranging the measurements, and finally laminating and cutting the project to my very picky liking. He did all of it with a smile and a very patient demeanor. He has great customer skills and a lot of experience in the dept.
I am a very happy customer!

I just wanna to say that I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service and level of skill over and over from the crew at the Bitters location. Huge special thanks to Isaac for taking my vision on my last project and making it really POP!

You’ve heard it said, “Poor planning on your part does not mean an emergency on mine.” Rob, Alicia, and Iris made it their emergency and saved my workshop for 60 people. They were amazing team and it’s a fabulous Office Depot.

Almost time to close, and me late trying to finish a dreamed project. Miss Taylor took it out of my hands and just bummmm!!! I’m happy, happy, happy.

I come here often, and it's a great store for all of your office supplies. The associates are always helpful and friendly. The store is bright and very well layed out so you can always find what you're looking for quickly.

I will have to say the customer service at this store is amazing. I had a car wreck and didn't have a car to get my backpack item order for our kiddo. I called the store to ask them to cancel the order due to my circumstance. Not only did Derek ask if I was okay, and expressed concern but he asked if I still wanted the item. I stated I do, he said they'll ship it to me as a courtesy and that he hopes my situation improves. I didn't expect not request it, this person made my whole week, for someone whom works in customer service and patients I full heatedly want to thank him for his care and going above and beyond. I hope they're manager and corporate sees this. I will also be contacting them as well. Thanks again Derek, I will be a life long customer with this company.

Great customer service, I got what I needed. No problem.

I work in the hotel industry and I walked into a local store near my home. I needed some work done and I went to a local competitor in FedEx and they could not assist with my printing needs.

I came to Office Depot a little stressed about the project that I needed for Sunday morning and I was assisted by your sales person named Jesus. He was cordial, polite professional and efficient! Hands-down as a result of the great customer service I will be coming to Office Depot and will not be going to FedEx.

I appreciate this store with the kindest and knowledgeable staff. I always have a pleasant experience and feel like a valued customer. Jennifer in printing department was so patient and her expertise was exceptional. I couldn’t have completed my beautiful memorial cards without her. Went well and beyond the call of duty. I’m eternally grateful. Blessings to the amazing staff for their 250 ‘/‘ compassion for all they do.

Kim was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She has the best customer service I have ever experienced and went above and beyond on my orders. I can be very difficult at times but she was very polite and professional. 10 STARS KIM!!

Came to print out some templates for my baby shower. Staff was great and even gave me options to make our templates stand out by making a poster for our welcome sign! They went over any beyond especially for how packed it was. Would definitely recommend this location!!

Was in need of immediate “labels” of an unusual size & type. The site personnel went into action & found me the OD brand of a similar size. They really saved my behind.

Yaniri made not just my day but potentially my whole month. Best service I’ve received at the stores. She goes above & beyond in less than 5 minutes. Management should acknowledge her. That kind of service can’t go overlooked

The gentleman from the print counter was extremely helpful with the self serve copier this morning, I really appreciate it.

I purchased a desk, got it home, the bottom piece was the desk top and it was cracked. I called they said just bring in that piece with your receipt and we'll replace it. That's what they did. Quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Fast service, very polite, professional staff!
