AT&T Store

I went there to replace my 5 year old phone. Shamika was excellent; she let me take my time to pick out a new phone and was mindful of my budget. She answered all my questions (some of which most people would not have to ask) and provided a comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely go back to that store because of her 🙂

Shamika Ferdinand is the best! She is so knowledgeable and patient with customers and treats you like family. She goes the extra mile for everyone and should be the Manager of this store. If you want an excellent experience, see Shamika at the Arboretum in Charlotte!!!

Heard ab the $800 off a trade in phone for the iPhone 14 pro from my classmates and walked in w my dad. Victoria helped us out over the course of MANY days with internet, new phone lines and ofc the new phone. I appreciate her for working to hard and being so patient w us. Super nice person, amazing tech support and v fun to talk to. 10/10 :)

I had the best experience in the arboretum AT&T store today. Kayla and Tee provided the best customer service and were so pleasant to work with! You can tell Kayla has worked hard to build a professional and knowledgable team!

Was upgrading to a new Google Pixel 7 phone that I purchased directly from Google. After wasting several hours online on AT&T's website with their chat support team - who were of no help - I made an appointment at this store for support. Got in quickly, was immediately helped and I was up and running in no time. Thanks!

My daughter went in to trade her phone. Woodrow was very knowledgeable about all cell phones and accessories. He helped her get a new phone while keeping her phone number.

We came in 1/21/21 at 7:50 PM. The sales associates were very helpful and patient. We came to pick up an online order shortly before closing and had forgotten our masks, but instead of just turning us away, they offered curbside service. The person who was checking us out knew what she was doing. Even though it was near closing, the associate who helped us was patient and took her time making sure everything was done correctly because her tablet's connection was slow outside the building.

I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I was able to trade in (& reset to factory settings) my old iPhone, set-up service on my Apple Watch & submit documentation for my nurse’s discount—all in record time! My experience at this AT&T store was a dream come true compared to the nightmare I had at a different AT&T store last week.

I was able to make my appointment just an hour prior to my appointment. I was instantly greeted by Justin and he promptly assisted me. He was prompt, efficient, professional and I could also tell there was a lot of respect amongst the 3 AT&T associates based off their interactions with each other while assisting clients.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a wireless store. I just switched to AT&T from over a decade of being with Verizon. I thought I had made a mistake when I had a less than ideal experience at the AT&T store on WT Harris Blvd. However, the AT&T store at the Arboretum restored my confidence in AT&T! Thank you Justin and the rest of the team at AT&T at the Arboretum!! 😎😇

Kierra was so helpful today with our upgrades. She answered our questions and did her best to find ways for us to save money on the plans we already have. She also helped us get the phones set up as well as the screen protector and cases. We definitely recommend this AT&T.

I had a problem with the manager at a different store in Monroe and he refused to make good on his promises and equipment. So I came to this store I talked to the store manager Mr. Regie and salesman Mr. Alex. They listened to me and understood what I need, they said no problem we will take care of you., and they did. I have found my new AT&T store I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for friendly people and great service. Thanks to Mr. Regie and Mr. Alex for ya'll's help.

We came here on a whim after a store closer to our house was too busy. This store is HUGE and clean which is great. They had several employees eager to help and we hit the jackpot with Izrat! She was helpful, knowledgeable and nice and got us in and out in less than 30 mins with a new phone. I had to come back today to return something and she took care of that quickly as well. We will come back to this store and specifically her every time.

Our experience with William & Kierra at the Arboretum was outstanding. Due to their very patient persistence they solved a billing problem that has existed for 3 months. We would give them 10 stars if we could.

Reggie & Khalil were awesome. They helped me reduce my monthly bill while being able to upgrade my grandson from a 6S.
