Bath & Body Works

I haven't been in any of these stores since we moved to NC, so I decided today to explore new things. No matter where I go, they always have a good selection of hand creams, perfumed, etc... I love 💕 it.

When I first walked in, Associate Evanston was the most helpful, told me about sales, located my favorite scent, and even told me about a promotion that helped me save on my Christmas shopping! I hope you run into him; he was a delight!

I have always loved this store. Right now they are doing there semi-annual sales event! Most items are 50% to 75% off. But don't forget to download the bath & body works app and sign up. Right now they have a coupon spend $40 get $10 off. Not to mention every $50 spent you get a free item. And you don't have to spend the $50 all in one trip!! I got all this for $32

This place is small inside but so many people on the sales floor to help you. I ordered online for the sale last night and got notification today my order was ready. Very smooth and easy process. I love all the products and this store is definitely a problem for me because I want to buy everything 😀

Great fragrances. Create an account with email before going in for best savings, but good valued if buying several of same item. Perhaps a few *too* many employees on shift, because some were standing around on the sales floor talking about other employees and workplace drama; also I was repeatedly asked if I needed help so much that it became annoying. Good problem to have, I suppose! Very friendly and tidy.

Smaller store than most B&BW that I have been too but I loved it. Parking is ample. Near other fun shopping too. The staff though was so kind. Helped with any questions I had. Lots and lots of products in the store so take your time to navigate and get your bearings. Also helpful in making sure you use the store's coupons! Great B&BW! Will return again soon

My wife only goes here when they have their semi-annual sales on soaps. I'll go ahead and say, BB&W's soaps are awesome. So much that I will gladly take my wife to the store to endure an hour or so of smelling soaps. Form the moment we walk into the door there was someone there, with a smile, greeting us and helping us out. Given that this was during the holiday season I expect anyone working retail to be a little short and quickly approaching exhaustion. Nope, not here. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed happy to see me. So happy, I may just go back to feel like I'm appreciated (Lol).

Apart from the service, everything was well managed and stocked. There were no shelves that seemed bare or disheveled. Two thumbs up to the team!

Bath & Body Works is a wonderful place with lots of great items both useful or gifts to buy. Right from when you walk through the double doors the store space inside just puts on an aura of awe / wow. From the fantastic helpful & attentive employees who helped me find some hand soaps I was looking for but even with me saying the wrong words / name were able to get me right to the correct soap twice hello Japanese Cherry Blossom. That one is my personal favorite soap. They also have stuff like : body wash , shampoo , scented candles , fancy sparkle night lights.

I love this place!!! They have everything here to make you smell irresistible and feel sexy or handsome. From the perfumes, colognes, shower gels, soaps-even the hand sanitizers smell wonderful. You have to stock up on their sale specials.

Love their body products, mostly the aromatherapy. Employees are helpful and most have tried the products to give a recommendation of some kind. The prices can be high so catch the sales to get your money's worth.

There is never a dull moment when I'm dealing with this particular Bath and Body Works in Arboretum. This is the best BBW in my book. Whenever I came across something online I would call the store to ask many questions about any items. The ladies never had an attitude on the phone and in person, its like they are so nice. Love this store.

They had some of their Fall scents out. And Halloween delights were out! And... Their hand sanitizers smell so good, they have more % of alcohol than some of the "harsh smelling" sanitizers I've come in contact with. Plus...B&BW sanitizers have essential oils and aren't drying.

Love this store and the staff. Picked up some of their mens fragrances for my boys, they love the body deodorant sprays and the variety of scents available.

I LOVE the staff, everyone is friendly, the store is always clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better location being that I don’t like going to the mall 💖

Nice staff. They stop to clean and sanitize after each customer at checkout. Believe it or not this didnt make the wait long. Very organized and clean.
