I just recently purchased a second Hyundai at the Keffer location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy. My sales associate, Paul was so down to earth and checked in after I purchased my car to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. The finance associate, Eden, kept things transparent and didn’t try to persuade me into adding on any features I didn’t really truly need. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Hyundai!

The experience on Mar 2, 2024 will be a moment that last a lifetime. This is the second Hyundai Ive purchased from this location. Levi was the Hyundai dealer who assisted my needs and concerns. Levi went over and beyond making sure that I was secure with my decision. Levi has a team player by the name of James. James shared the same integrity that Levi inspired me with. I'm a woman of integrity and could feel how devoted they were making sure I received a vehicle that could benefit me. Levi, James, and Eden (Finance Manager) provided me with information for longterm financial stability goals. They all secured my decisions with equity gains and financial growth for the future. I appreciated them all taking the time to service me. I experienced a horrible hardship that exploded in 2022- the hardship effected my life tremendously. I was able to spend time with them explaining my troubles- they made me feel secure. I know everyone has to make a sell in order to get paid- HOWEVER, I felt it was deeper than that. They all made me feel safe in my decisions as well as providing me with so many accommodations! Thanks to Levi, James, and Eden for a great experience!! 👍🏿

Out of state reviewer - two vehicles, two different purchases. If we could give 10 stars, we would. We live about 7 hours away. My husband found Keffer six months ago and had a fantastic experience purchasing his Genesis G90. In August of 2022, I ordered a 2023 White Palisade at my local dealer in TN. After many issues, negligence of the staff, and paying them $1000 just to order the vehicle, it was finally delivered with a recall, and they would not sell it to me. This was a devastating blow after wasting an entire year of my life going back and forth with my local dealer. Keffer was quickly able to step up and took care of me without hesitation. They quickly ordered the vehicle, a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy, white on white. I worked with George, and he was a great source of communication throughout this entire process. Upon my arrival, he and the team at Keffer Hyundai already had the vehicle detailed, full tank of gas, and was waiting for us as soon as we walked in the door. If you want the ultimate VIP treatment, you need to come to Keffer. George did a fantastic job illustrating all the amazing features of this vehicle, and the gentleman who did my financing was incredibly exceptional, professional, and efficient. This experience is exactly what people are looking for. This vehicle was a milestone for me, and the warm atmosphere Keffer provided was the cherry on top. They were incredibly respectful with our time and totally conscious that this was MY vehicle, not my husbands. As a woman, this gesture goes a long way. Overall, their vehicles are quality, their customer service is unmatched, and we will continue to work with Keffer going forward. You can't beat it - we traveled twice for two different experiences. We drove almost 2 hours for a very specific vehicle and it was worth every mile! We worked with Dony over the phone, he went above and beyond to get the vehicle ready for us. At the dealership we worked with James, he was very helpful and didn’t mind that he had to stay a little late to wrap everything up. I can’t remember the finance man’s name but he was great too! Overall very impressed, no complaints at all.

I wish I could leave 100 reviews because this dealership deserves all the praise. I primarily worked with Bowe and Chad and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish Bowe was amazing. I've never met someone so personable and willing to go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want in a car! Chad was just as amazing! He worked extremely hard to get me in the car I chose and wouldn't stop until it worked out. Not only did they make the entire process hassle free, they made the experience fun. I almost want to go back to buy another car, that I don't need, just because of them! I also worked with Levi, James, Brian, and Jeremy! They were all extremely kind and helpful. Even the owner, Gabriel, came and spoke with us and he couldn't have been nicer. This dealership is more than just your typical car sales, it feels like a family that really has your best interest at heart! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! They have a customer for life in me and my family!

I have never had a car purchase go so smooth. My salesman Christian Midkiff was very knowledgeable and was not only kind enough to test drive the car with me to my mechanic's shop so they could look it over before I purchased the vehicle, but he stayed in contact with me as I mulled over my options on which car I wanted to purchase. There was never a text or phone call with any questions I had, that wasn't responded to almost immediately. I will definitely recommend anyone buying a new car to go to Keffer Hyundai and speak with Christian. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and the next car I buy will most definitely be bought from the Keffer Hyundai team!

I had the best experience here with Keffer! The process took a little longer to find me a car but they sure did find the exact vehicle I wanted & did everything they could to get me into that exact vehicle! Paul was the best salesperson & answered every question I had. He was a very patient salesperson! I appreciated all they did for me. Provided the best customer service.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Keffer Hyundai and both experiences were great. The entire team is friendly, and welcoming. My sales person both times was Shelene. Besides being a good salesperson, she is very pleasant but most importantly, made car buying process easier than anticipated.

Great experience working with Sev and team. They took great care of me and I was able to go in test drive the car I wanted and and take it home! My daughter was with me and I love how they interacted with her and gave her snacks and drinks which made her happy. Process was very smooth and everyone was friendly and helpful!

Great place to work/purchase a vehicle. Family oriented. Gabe, the owner is stern but that’s how he’s successful. Really nice guy. Buys employees food and discount on cars if you work there and purchase one. For anyone who thinks the service department sucks, calm down. This store sells over 200 cars a month so it’s a thousand emails/phone calls coming in each day. Keffer does the best to reach out and make sure everyone’s car is fixed. Yes, sometimes it may be lengthy but as stated, Keffer Hyundai has many, many customers! Looking for your new Hyundai or Genesis or perhaps a used car, go to Keffer Hyundai. I just bought a 2024 Elantra from Levi at Keffer Hyundai! I had an amazing experience with Levi! He got me the deal I wanted and made paperwork and showing me all the inventory and everything else very easy! Definitely come to Keffer snd ask for Levi. Great experience with my new vehicle purchase. I had been in an Acura for 23 years before this purchase so even considering something else was big for me. I inquired initially online about a Hyundai Palisade and was contacted by Levi. I had gone to another dealership to test drive the car but ended up at Keffer because of the followup and communication I received from the dealership. The process was seamless. I was in and out in right at 3 hours including test drive. Levi was patient and answered all my questions and has continued to follow up with me since the purchase. i drove a rental to the dealership that I left there and he helped coordinate getting it back to the rental car company. Overall great experience.
