Bulwark Exterminating in Matthews

I was just starting to have issues with Mice in my house, but thankfully I’m signed up for scheduled visits from Bulwark. I got a text the day before they showed and didn’t have to do a thing. The next day, I went through my regular routine and later received a text from Tanner Queen, the Bulwark specialist, with a photo and description of all their work. Super helpful and convenient. I didn’t get to meet Tanner in person, but their report was very thorough and I’m really grateful for their help. Since most of my time is consumed at work, it was a big relief to hear the issue was being taken care of.

Have been using Bulwark for years. They are fantastic! Customer service is quick and extensive. They always send pictures and texts when services are completed. Blake comes to our house and is an excellent company employee. Very thorough!

Nothing but good things to say about Bulwark. They are accommodating to schedules and are understanding of any concerns. We have been using their service for the last 4 years and don’t plan on changing anytime soon. Trevor Matthews was the tech that did the last service. He doesn’t cut corners and makes sure the entire perimeter is sprayed properly.

We have used Bulwark for almost a year and are extremely satisfied with the service provided. They treat every other month with free treatments available in between if we see any pests. Most providers only offer quarterly service for about the same, or higher, cost.

I am especially pleased to have the same technician providing professional and courteous service on every visit. Shout out to Chris Atkinson for his continued hard work!

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating services for several years now and have always been pleased with the results. Chris Atkinson routinely visits our home and is friendly and knowledgeable. He checks in with us to see if we have any particular concerns. We tend to have a lot of wasps nests around our property and Bulwark is quick to respond and Chris comes out to safely remove the nests. The company is reliable and worth the cost.

Mike Y was my tech for regular maintenance today. He was very proactive about letting me know via text that he was on his way and asking if I have any additional concerns. I texted back that it would be great to have some extra attention indoors. He arrived 10 minutes later and in addition to treating my exterior perimeter, he treated some extra spots on the inside. He was very sweet to my pets and took care to treat safely for them. I have been using Bulwark for almost two years now & they are MUCH better than the company I used before for almost 15 years. They communicate so well, and the effectiveness of their treatments is outstanding.

Michael has been to our home on a number of occasions. He is always happy to explain the treatments he is putting down, and will listen to our input and make on-the-fly recommendations. We would highly recommend Bulwark and Michael to our friends and family.

My wet weather pest control treatment was completed by Corey at Bulwark Exterminating. It entailed a granular barrier treatment followed by a thorough de-webbing around the property. They always do a great job in protecting my property in and out from pest. I have not seen or had any issues of little unwanted anything sense I have started service with this company. I would highly recommend them!

Austin from Bulwark was awesome. He was right in time (actually early), easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He even found a health hazard for our pets in the garage left by the previous pest control.

I was very happy to receive an appointment reminder text a couple days before the appointment. The followup text from Cory D. was very much appreciated because it explained exactly what he did while he was there and even included a photo of a wasp nest he was able to remove for us above our sliding doors as well as a report of all of the barrier treatments he did and an update on the rodent station . We are very happy with Cory's service!

Trevor is great at his job. He explained everything and treated my home to the point where I am bug free. He was very professional and always went beyond his way. He made sure all areas were treated. I am 100% satisfied with bulwark.
