Lovely experience at Versona! Cheryl and Janet were extremely helpful in helping me find jewelry and other gifts for my daughter. They walked me around the store pulled out several options to look thru and gave some great fashion tips. Every associate was very eager to help customers and the new store manager was just as kind and helpful. I will definitely be doing some more shopping here

Me and my wife came to exchange a gift, and I must say that your staff were super friendly and helpful, especially since my wife’s second language is English, someone offered to speak slowly for her. Very kind.

Versona is the place to be especially the arboretum store in Charlotte I'm loving it always leaving the store with the bag and the lady that works in the others older very friendly I called the store manager after getting all the way back to Columbia South Carolina to let them know that I had two different shoe sizes that was four days ago haven't heard back from them yet what do I do with two wrong size shoes what can somebody do about it spoke with the little young manager she said she would find out what is it that she could do haven't heard anything back

I love this store! I shopped in there for two hours tonight and the customer service was excellent! I was greeted as soon as I opened the door which is rare these days with most retail chains. I was helped by each one of the ladies working there. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make your shopping experience the best it can be. I left there very happy and with 3 dresses, 2 blouses, a pair of pants, a great pair of shoes and a beautiful bracelet! Wish you guys would open a store in Mooresville!

The best boutique in Charlotte for the latest wearable runway trends and closet staples. Friendly, upbeat staff always willing to help in every way possible. Visually beautiful showroom with excellent variety of items, including jewelry, shoes and handbags. This is THE place to purchase one item to complete your outfit or to purchase an entire look without breaking your budget. Next to Michael’s in the Arboretum Shopping Center.

Can't believe I have lived in Charlotte over 30 years and never been here. I could tell from the second I walked in, this would be one of my new favorite stores. Great prices, love the selection.

Fabulous!!! A huge step up from Charming Charlie's and the prices are Soo so worth it! Very reasonable for the quality. I live in Ohio but everytime I come back to Charlotte it's a must do!!! Everytime!!!

This is the best store for finding a perfect outfit. They carry a rainbow of colors and have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories.
