Chris and David were phenomenal, my truck had just totally broke down on me and I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase a new vehicle. Chris was really pleasant and listened to me, he reassured me that they would do what was possible to get me into another car. Chris was helping another customer but he got David to take care of me as soon as I got into the sales department. David went over my options based on my budget and needs and got me into a 2020 Toyota CH-R. Despite the situation that brought me to Toyota, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Brandon was great as usual. He collaborated with the parts department and the service department to make certain that my Subaru was repaired in a timely and professional manner. Brandon did excellent follow up to let me know when my Subaru was ready.

Firstly, I was impressed with the inventory on the lot. We had visited Toyota and Nissan that same day and both dealerships had 1-2 cars to show. Our salesman, Richard, was extremely knowledgeable. Every question o had, he knew the answer and then provided additional, helpful information. Toyota and Nissan salesmen had topical knowledge at best. I’ve driven Toyota for years so definitely was disappointed at “my” dealership. Richard had great follow up without being pushy. He even sent a follow up video of the car which was helpful and I thought very clever salesmanship.

Love this dealership and Adair! She is truly amazing! I would encourage anyone looking for their next car to reach out to Adair! She has great knowledge and insight, is very communicative and patient throughout the process, and someone you truly enjoy spending time with. I recently took my BMW in for service at BMW of Kansas City South. The Clinton Wong team did a great job of advising what was scheduled to be done on my car, explaining the new lower pricing at the dealership to be more competitive, and providing the best service. I always find that the staff are helpful, friendly and make the service process quick and professional. I appreciate the short commute to the dealership from south Overland Park.

I had a great experience at Honda Cars of Rock Hill buying my certified pre-owned Honda Civic. I never once felt like the sales staff was pressuring me to buy anything. They have confidence in their cars and were very accommodating in listening to what I wanted and could afford. Robert and Richard both helped me out extensively, allowing me to drive multiple cars to compare and contrast. Overall I am very pleased and will more than likely come here again when we need to buy another car this fall.
