I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter but I’m leaving a review in response to the woman who named & shamed an employee. What kind of person does this?!? You should remove your review as it’s unkind & unnecessary. As a mother, how would you feel if another person wrote something mean about your daughter online and used her name. Disgusting! (Also following)

I can’t imagine why anyone would mention an employee by name… publicly ….to complain about them. Harris Teeter and GOOGLE should not allow a customer to shame an employee publicly … online. This is cyber bullying at its finest, and should not be allowed. (Following)
Google? I would think this goes against community standards. Someone’s name and workplace in a place where everyone wears name badges? Harming someone’s livelihood? Making a person’s workplace open to public harassment? Unsafe! Google allowing “business reviews” to contain personal attacks and name-calling?

This is a quality Harris Teeter with a large product floor. Harris Teeter is the sweet spot for me as far as price and quality goes. Only thing I don't like about this location is the always congested Arboretum parking lot.

Love checking out with Shawn. He is positive no matter what is happening. Worth waiting in line to talk to him!

I walk or drive here nearly every day. I am familiar with most of the managers and several of the workers, and they are all incredibly helpful!
If you ever have an issue with produce, service, etc, they will listen to your concerns and resolve the issue for you immediately and without question.

Shout out to Jaquarious (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for being the coolest employee of all time.

Here I usually buy flowers for my loved ones for $155 and up

I love this store. It is so big, and has so much to offer. You can go in on a Thursday night around 5 or 6pm and have a drink and listen to a live band. If you like to have beer and pizza you can order a pizza from the pizza bar and sit at the bar, have a drink and eat your pizza while listening to music. It's more than just a grocery store.

They have a variety of hot bars, salad bar, and a sub station to make it the way you like it.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, just a great place and a very enjoyable experience.

My "to go" grocery store. Been shopping at Harris Teeter stores for 25+ years.

I love this store and all the people that work there, including the pharmacy, Starbucks and the Chinese restaurant. Whatever the owners, managers are doing...KEEP IT UP! In the 7+ years I have gone to this store, NEVER an unpleasant experience rather the opposite: helpful, friendly, clean, good quality, sales, more.
Bir on the expensive side, but worth it due to the charm and employees knowing who you are.

I’m not one to post bad reviews or bring down a rating. I just simply like do give feedback. I shop at this location a lot. It’s convenient and close to home. Literally right across the street. I have had two experiences where I have gone though a regular checkout and bags were not placed in my cart. One of those times being today. With that being said, please make sure your cashiers and your baggers are placing things in the cart so we don’t have to have the inconvenience of having to return back to the store. I will on the other hand say thank you for the customer service reps for being over the top helpful with getting this resolved. Thankfully you ran into someone who is very kind and understanding and especially in times like this. So please just be mindful and be aware.

Every time I or my husband come in the staff say hello. They always ask if I find what I'm looking for or if they can help. I love my harris teeter.

#1 in customer service! A wide selection of interesting products, great quality produce & fresh fish! Terrific prices on sale items, and they are willing to special order products for you. Store is bright and clean, with friendly employees easily found. They always ask if they can bring your groceries out for you & load them in your car. On the few occasions I have taken them up on it- they are careful, cheerful & won't accept tips!

I am a self-taught gourmet cook. I spend half of my life shopping at Harris teeter. The next time they ask me for my Harris teeter card, I'm going to show them that it is tattooed on my arm for quicker service. Awesome store. Great staff and wonderful customer service.

Awesome customer service from Josh Peeples! I was picking up food before hurricane ian came through. I left my wallet at home and he let me Venmo him for my groceries. He said he wouldn’t send me back home in the storm! Myself and my family are very grateful!
