Justin was great! He looked at my car and gave the diagnosis quickly. I felt like he was honest and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my car the same day and got it done quick as well. I will definitely continue to take my car here for repairs. The waiting area was also very comfortable and spacious. I am very pleased with Scott Clark!

The process was very simple. Excellent sales rep. And the general manager (George) is an awesome guy! This was for my daughter’s first car and we got a great price. We will be back in about 3 to 6 months to purchase another car for my wife. The service here was much better than some of the other dealerships that we visited.

I had the most exceptional car-buying experience with Nino Homsi. His expertise and dedication made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking him out for an outstanding service at the dealership.

Kevin Kramer in service department was wonderful! He kept me informed, was very patient and kind in answering all my questions, and put zero pressure on me to sway my decision on which things to handle right now vs later. I felt equipped and empowered to make educated decisions and he checked on me multiple times to make sure I wasn’t sitting there waiting unnecessarily. I would definitely ask for him again to handle my vehicle.

Took my new to me Camry to Scott Clark for service. Scheduled my appointment in advance and was taken care of by Lisa. Her level of care, service and communication is unmatched. I have taken my cars to independent shops but will be switching to this dealer for all service needs going forward. Lisa is the best and her team took great care. As a result, I would also look to purchase future cars here first. Thanks SC team!

My daughter and I went to get her (free) oil change and were told that they didn’t have anything on file. We decided to get it anyway. Lisa who was our service person was AWESOME! She apologized for us not having the free oil chand gave us $15 off the service. When we got past our waiting time she came and apologized for that and thanked us for being patient. Soon after the car was ready. She went above and beyond to assist us. I liked the fact that she checked in and provided us an update. My experience going to Scott Clark has not been great in several occasions but I will not take that out on someone who provided excellent customer service. Lisa did just that and the 5 stars are for her!

I had a great car buying experience here. My salesperson was Christina Barham. She went out of her way to make sure that I got what I needed for my trade plus I paid a fair price for the new car. Eric Manning in finance was great to work with. I would highly recommend this dealer!

It was the very best car buying experience that we’ve ever had and that was all because of Mike Miller!!! He responded immediately to an internet inquiry I made. We had a good car buying experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Reasonable price for the used Toyota RAV4 that we purchased. Our sales representative was helpful and not high pressure. People stayed late to help complete our purchase past normal closing hours the evening we bought the vehicle.

The BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership hands down! My salesman, Chris Lowe, was incredible with his knowledge of their products and I was able to negotiate a deal that worked for both parties. Their attention to detail and customer service was amazing. And all of the employees were willing to help each other as we went through the sales process and all seemed very happy. Not something you see at a lot of dealerships. I'm already looking to purchase another car there.

Scott Clark Toyota did a great job of assessing my Mom’s car, and testing the viability of her battery. Because she bought the car new prior to becoming ill last year, they threw in a free oil change. I was there the day after Presidents’ Day, so bad timing on my part. The place was mobbed and I was there for 4 hours. Quite a while! Fortunately there was passable coffee served, and nice sales people who chatted with me. Thanks for the great service!

The scheduling was easy, a reminder was sent and the service was great. Upon arrival I was greeted & sent to a waiting area that allowed me to work quietly. However, in looking around the room, the additional services provided while you wait, were top notch.

I’ve been to a decent amount of dealerships so I like to think I know what to look for when spotting a not so honest dealer so when I came here I was on edge but this dealership has been the most professional honest dealership I’ve had to pleasure of going to. They made the process of buying a car super easy and they give you all the tools to make you feel comfortable during the whole buying process. The sales man Rashad was absolutely amazing and the finance managers were able to get me squared away. And the level of detail the service and detail department put into the vehicles is outstanding. I purchased an older truck and they made the trucks interior and exterior look brand new. I live 2 hours away and if I need a new car in the future it will be worth the drive! I will be recommending this dealership to anyone interested in getting a Toyota!

I arrived early for my oil change appointment and my car was taken in right away . I waited in their lounge which is comfortable and clean. It may take longer here but it's because they
have an extensive checklist. It was, overall, a good experience.

Went to get my car serviced this weekend and Pete Tenhoopen was my advisor. From the moment I first drove up until my service was completed he welcomed me and kept me in the loop. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave his best recommendations of services I should have done and what could wait. He was not pushy and he always kept a positive attitude. Next time you go in for a service ask for Pete. He will take care of you.

Service Department was great, Justin worked well with me and explained everything that would be done. Very easy to communicate with. My used car salesman Jose went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Fantastic experience. Love the atmosphere while I waited for the service on my suv. The staff is friendly and supportive the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The coffee is fresh and the food trucks were quite the surprise. Scott Clark’s team really goes above and beyond. Happy to be part of the family

I had an awesome experience with taking my Camry to Scott Clark Toyota. I received spectacular service from Matt with complete confidence that the items needed to be completed would be done. He provided a loaner vehicle for me to drive, which was better than having to wait for everything to be completed. Prior to going back the next day, I called ahead to see if they had time to "detail" my Camry inside and out, and thankfully they did.! Upon arrival, I spoke with Bobby and he kept me informed with the progress of the detail. My wait time in the lobby was barely enough time for me to finish a cup of coffee, which was also a courtesy of Scott Clark Toyota.

In reality, my Camry looked better than the day I bought it, which was from a different dealership. I will continue to use Scott Clark Toyota, for all my service needs.!
