My wife who is vision impaired has recently discovered a passion for weaving scarves and blankets.
Just the other day she ran out of material in the middle of a project &
was anxious to obtain
the product she needed to complete it,
but was having difficulty finding it, and ordering it.
After searching extensively and calling numerous locations, she was led to this particular location at stonecrest, where she spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Angela who not only got her what she needed, but was so kind and gracious to her that she felt the need to call back up there and tell them how grateful she was for her excellent service & kindness.

The store was very clean and organized. I used the Self check out and it was very easy to use.

I had never been to this particular Michaels before. Very impressed! Everything was tidy and in order. I wasn't tripping over boxes, like in some others. Will definitely go back if in the area again. The employees were all friendly and helpful

Great store! They have beautiful Christmas decorations and just about anything you might need for your next craft.

Lots of arts and crafts goodies. I want to spend way too much money everyone I go in there because my brain goes into overdrive thinking about all the fun projects I can do.

They used to have in-person creating classes that anyone could attend but they stopped having them when COVID started. I asked an employee this evening whether they’ve started the classes back up again. She said they are not but hope to soon; they are waiting for a decision from higher ups that it’s safe to start having the in-person classes again.

There ARE online classes you can sign up for on Michael’s website. I’m holding out for the in-person classes though. 🙂

One last thing, I just found out today that the Stonecrest Michael’s is an official UPS drop-off site. As long as your package is already boxed up and has the shipping label on it, they’ll scan your package and hold it for UPS to pick it up. Convenient when The UPS Store is closed for the day. 😄 It’s also a pickup location, so (to my understanding) you can tell UPS to deliver your packages there and pick them up in the store. I’ve been shipping a lot of things recently so I was excited to find out that they offer that service.

Staff was really friendly when I ask for help. The manager was extremely patient when my check out items were marked wrong price. Very good customer service!!

Always has what we need, and then some. Excellent sales and clearance items.

My go to spot for crafts. Recently I had custom framing done for about 6 pieces and the lady was extremely helpful and patient as I figured out what I needed. They always have a great selection of items and weekly deals that allow me to purchase stuff without splurging too much.
They usually dont have enough cashiers because it comes in spurts. So they have to pull someone off the floor. All employees have been friendly to me anytime that I go in.

In and out even though it was busy. Great job at the checkout! I bought Caron Kindness yarn. It came out new last summer. It's a value priced 7 oz soft ball for charity projects. But, a great yarn for many other projects too. Very happy.

Great choice of crafting goods. Good seasonal sales. They have a reward program, but it is only helpful if you shop often because rewards that you earn with any purchase expire. They also offer curbside pickup.
