The Rock Hill store was supposed to deliver an order I placed. I paid for delivery. Something got messed up on their end with the delivery and they cancelled my order. After getting disconnected twice and not getting any help I called a third time and got Jessica. She went out of her way to help figure it out and even found my items that were out of stock that I couldn’t just reorder. She even bought a little led spider for my son with her own money! Talk about fantastic service! I also did customer service chat with Lynda who was also wonderful. Give these two ladies a raise!

I had ordered online and I was out getting some other things so I stopped in to see if it was ready. The lady at the service desk was so friendly and even though it wasn't ready, she had someone grab what I had ordered so I wouldn't have to drive back. One of the items was on the top rack and the 2 young men helping me had to get a lift to get it down. Never a complaint from either one and they were both very helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location.

Just wanted to say that your customer service representative Jana was absolutely amazing!! She is very professional and very sweet with her excellent quality choice of words!! Give that lovely lady a pay raise!!!

Good service fast on taking care of all your needs better than Lowe's over on David Lowery Blvd, just go to cherry Rd to that Home Depot

Another great Home Depot. We have moved quite a bit. Home Depot is a staple to helping us get settled in to each our new homes. They have everything you need to either just settle in, spruce up some rooms with a light remodel or do a full scale remodel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean. It’s easy to find what you need or to ask a staff if you need help finding what you’re looking for.

Great store and the staff were amazing and I didn’t have to stress about anything! There was always someone around to assist!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and planograms appear to be accurately priced, stocked and faced. Also they are having a great sale on select paints 10$off a gallon and 40$ off 5 gallon buckets.

I always prefer this location of home depot more than steelcreeck. This location usually have better inventory.

I love shopping at Home Depot. You can find everything you need for your home projects and gardening. They aren't high priced and the quality is good. There is always someone who can help you find what you are looking for. They are very friendly and helpful 🙂.

We ordered an over the range microwave online. Opted for the fee based installation. We were not disappointed. The product was in great condition. The online notification of delivery and updates the day of were timely and easy to access. The installation crew provided by Home Depot were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Based on today’s experience, I will definitely be using our local Home Depot again.

I'm in this store at least 1 day a week buying stuff for the house. If they do not have it then I have to drive another 15 minutes to get to lowes.

Of course I love this place. I have a hard time getting around so having the ability to pickup online orders makes a big difference. I haven't had a single issue with their customer service, they're just friendly people doing a good job.

Customer Service is outstanding! Employees do their best to help you. Keisha and Bob really went above and beyond to assure my assistance I needed was completed! They had patience and understanding. The floor employees are friendly and helpful and visible! Lowe’s is closer to my home, but it’s the customer service is what I’m returning for!

I ordered an outdoor ceiling fan from Home Depot....and, exactly what I ordered was delivered.

However, I ordered a smaller outdoor ceiling fan from a competitor...and a fan was delivered. It was NOT the fan I ordered...nor was it an outdoor fan.

Now comes the comparsion in Customer Service. I took the fan that was NOT what I ordered--and definitely not an outdoor fan--back to the local competitor. An hour and a half later, I had a refund. I then went to Home Depot to return that fan. I walked in and the person working at returns asked how I was ...wanded the barcode ...asked if I wanted the refund on my Debit Card...gave me a receipt showing a refund and I was good to go.....all in less than 90 seconds!!

The difference in daylight and dark? The difference in Home Depot and the "local competitor"!

Will I ever shop at "the local competitor" again? No! Will I shop at Home Depot?

Friendly staff and a great selection in the garden area; I head over there frequently when it's time to grab some new plants for the house. Do note that you might see some little furry friends scampering around outside and between plants, but that's kind of expected in an outdoor area that's warm and full of nice plants to hide in lol. Otherwise it's really well maintained and it's easy to find people to help you out!
