I was immediately contacted by John- Michael and Milan Barnes. Milan was very responsive and we received great customer service! He was not pushy at all, answered all of our questions and made the car buying experience stress free. Rob in finance had our answer in less than 15 minutes!! When we signed everything, Chad in finance took care of us and helped us understand the value of the warranty. He was awesome!! Never have we experienced such a positive and stress free car buying experience. Not only was our car priced below KBB, it was exactly as described online. Great staff. Great customer service. They work very hard to earn your business. They are very responsive to whatever questions you may have. The sales manager Viet took extra time to entertain our kids, and was great to work with. Our sales rep Meaghan went out of her way to answer our questions and find different vehicles to meet our needs. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely go there first when we need another new car in the future.

I replaced the battery in. My 2021 Ram 1500 limited and then when I started it back up all the safety icons came on and wouldn’t reset. After trying several options they still wouldn’t reset. I stopped in on a Saturday just to make an appointment for next week. Mike came out and introduced himself and said that if I could leave it he would get to it today . Very impressive. He also told me he would try a master reset but if that didn’t work he would have reset each module. He told up front what the price would be. He called me in an hour and half and said my truck was all set.

Angela Purser is the absolutely best car sales person and we have bought 5 vehicles from her now. I absolutely hate the car sales process but love cars. I called her this last time and said "You know me, I just want to look to see what I like. Then when I decide we can do the paper and negotiating stuff." No questions asked, no pressure and listened to my needs. I will never use anyone else because having a sales person meet your needs without the pressure is amazing! If I say no, there is no back and forth, no means no, which is worth everything to me. I am now in my amazing Challenger and the process was perfect! If I could give more stars I would!

Great service. Hector offered an oil package with good savings. Besides the oils change he also recommended other maintenance points I wasn’t aware of. They finally added a quick courtesy exterior car wash after the oil change service which is something I missed the past services. Thanks

Best car buying experience ever. I have been a loyal customer of another Jeep dealership for over 25 years and they wouldn't work with me. Stateline not only worked with me but were the most friendly from Jay salesman, Julian GSM, Lizzie parts and the finance guy (sorry I can't remember his but he was fabulous). Stateline has now earned my business.

My experience was top notch! Angela was my sales person and she was so helpful, knowledgeable. I was involved with a wreck the day before thanksgiving so this momma was in need of a vehicle. Angela exceeded my expectations in what I wanted and needed. Chad from finance was so friendly and helpful as well. He was able to work on getting a warranty on the car since it was a little bit older. I will definitely continue to get my future vehicles and the work done on my new Jeep with Stateline.
