Went in to buy an item today and the girl behind the counter was very helpful. The store looked clean and well stocked. I found the staff here to be very professional and will be back.

We just went here today to get supplies for adding purple streaks in my daughter's hair. There were two people working who greeted us immediately and asked if they could help. The gentleman in front of the counter then showed us where things were and made several helpful recommendations. It was a great experience and they were super helpful and friendly.

We've been several times and haven't ever had a bad experience.

Bree was the best. She was so polite and welcoming. She Helped me find the best flat iron and heat spray in seconds. She deserves a raise, bonus and promotion. Her customer service skills are top notch. Bonus points she is so beautiful! ♥

I always love coming to this Sallys. I can never remember my color formula and Nancy is so helpful. She takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. She knows her stuff. The store is always clean and I have not ever had a bad experience here. Always greeted with a smile! Great Job Girls!!

Curbside pickup & ordering process was absolutely amazing, to be completely honest!! I arrived unaware it was curbside service ONLY & the staff walked me through my order & check-out like it was 2nd nature to them. I was TRULY ASTONISHED when they brought my bag out & not only was I leaving with EVERYTHING I needed, but it was ALL exactly the brand, size, etc that I NEEDED & WANTED!!! Sally's higher up's are DEFINITELY going to hear of the stellar service I ALWAYS receive && the friendliness && the time to HELP me when O have questions. You all at this Sally location are EXACTLY what Superior Customer Service during these hardtimes is ALL about!!! Kudos && more to you all!! I wish you all nothing but greatness with this company!!! James & Summer helped me tremendously!!! They made me feel special and I was able to complete my own hair color process with their suggestions and expertise. I also purchased some lashes which I love!! A huge s/o to James for bringing those to my attention! This will be my go-to store no matter how many I pass.

I went in today with my daughter to get some new Nail Polish. The moment we walked in we were greeted by James and Vanessa. They were so welcoming and James clued us in on the current promotions. We will definitely be back!!

So .... in the beginning I was a little skeptical about this place...however the Manager of this Sally Beauty location makes me come back every other day. BEST HOSPITALITY, AND UNDERSTANDS YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND DOES EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOU HAPPY! THANK YOU JAMES FOE BEING AMAZING!

I came here today to fix a hair dye job for my hair. Im a brunette and messed up my hair going blonde, the day before. The young girl who was working (i did not catch her name) was EXTREMELY helpful. I am beyond satisfied with my results, more than i’ve been from work done at a salon. She was very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend!

The new store manager, Jamie, I think, was very knowledable and helpful. Very friendly, Professional and accomodating! Thank you for making something I was nervous a out doing with my hair a wonderful and easy experience!
