Mattress Firm Rea Road

We were so impressed with the information and "education " we received regarding mattress and adjustable base combinations. We started our bed search at Sleep Number beds. We were very close to spending over $8500 on the purchase for a Sleep Number. We decided to compare other comparable beds at Mattress Firm. We were greeted by Jim and honestly treated like a VIP. He listened to our wants, needs and concerns and demonstrated several bed types and bases just as Sleep Number did. We were not pressured at all with Mattress Firm. Sleep Number put us on a clock and we have until Sunday to decide to benefit from the "current promotion ". I feel we purchased a really great bed with a great warranty and Service from Mattress Firm. Sleep Number only covers parts not labor with their warranty. They also charge $250 to deliver and $250 if I decided I don't like it. I encourage anyone looking at purchasing a bed to get educated and make a good choice. I believe we made the correct choice and we didn't break the bank. Thank you Jim for helping us save thousands of dollars and taking the time to help us get the right bed combination.

I truly appreciate the superior level of customer service, knowledge of products, and the overall purchase experience at this Mattress Firm store! I was greeting immediately upon entering the store and received personalized care. Jim was AWESOME! He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the inventory on the showroom floor and after asking me what I was seeking in a new mattress presented the options available. And to top it all off, I was able to get the mattress that I was interested in for a lower price (as I did a lot of research and comparison shopping online before making a visit to the actual store).

This experience has sold me on returning to this Mattress Firm store in the future whenever I have bedding needs. Thank you! A++++++!

Went in and told Antwan what I was looking for. He showed me 3 similar options with various price ranges and wasn't pushy about overselling anything. He actually recommended the mid range over the high end. I purchased the mattress there and scheduled for shipping on Saturday. They gave me a call the evening before with time window. The next morning they gave me a call when they were 20min away. They installed and hauled away old mattress in under an hour. Slept on the bed 1st night. Amazing sleep so far.
