What’s not to like about a neighborhood hangout that has a grocery store. You can sit and have a drink of beer or wine and visit with locals while grabbing this and that to out together for supper. My only hesitation about posting this review is that more people will start showing up and I like my peaceful hangout.

Gerbs is my families go to grocery store. They are super affordable and have a wide selection of items. We personally love the seafood and meat department the best. Joey has helped us on multiple occasions in this department and he is great. Very informative and oh so friendly. 10/10 recommend this store!

Great quality produce. Amazing customer service. Classy beer and wine bar. These are just some of the reasons I don't shop anywhere else. Oh, did I mention they provide snacks?

Busy today! Thanksgiving is tomorrow and they still have a wide variety of delicious foods left!

Had to use coinstar to exchange some change for some last minute unexpected ingredients I needed to cook my first turkey this year. The ticket from coin machine can be redeemed at the register not just the customer service desk. Made my shopping experience that much more pleasurable.

Always instock. Associates are friendly. They are always willing to help if you cannot find what your looking for. Clean and organized store. Great store!
This store recently did a relocation of all the merchandise. There are a couple of depts. that I think don’t make any sense of why they moved them to where they did (example: condiments) but then again the staff doesn’t mind helping you to get to the items your looking for.

Great staff! Especially, I appreciate Carolyn, the lady working at the self-check out area. She picked up my cardholder I accidentally left in the shopping basket. She kept it safe until I went there again, 3 hours later. It had some cash, my driver's license, and credit cards! She made my day!! Thank you Carolyn!

Always good prices, meat & produce good quality. It's a little hard to find things now that they're reorganizing, but they've done pretty good pointing you in the right direction. With their Gerbes card, it's pretty much always the lowest price, and the fuel points are great.

This is a great place to shop after a long day at work. Just. Very convenient and great parking. The associates are very helpful and very polite. (Most of them). It makes so much more pleasant when they smile and appreciate you for paying their salary. Great people!!!

Friendly staff, great prices, and wonderful presentation of store. It includes a tap bar, sushi bar, self serve salad bar, Starbucks, pharmacy, and natural food section. Use the Gerbes app with the free store card and save even more with digital coupons that load right onto the card! Very impressed. I will be returning to shop here!

Great prices, friendly employees, and a great selection of foods. They have the best bulk spice section in town! They are part of Kroger so you can use your Kroger card to get some really good savings.

I've tried making home to other grocery stores around Columbia over the years, but his one just keeps calling me back! Wonderful organic, bakery, and bulk section. Fantastic prices for any budget or income level!

I love this store! The employees in this store have always been more than helpful and cheerful when I have been there. They have redone the store over the summer and I love the layout, the new products, etc. They are adding a gas station too, which is great because I use fuel saver points.

Perfect neighborhood grocery store. It underwent a makeover in 2015 and now boasts a Starbucks, a bar in the liquor section and an expanded natural foods section. Carries a nice selection of international foods. The store-brand foods also are pretty decent. Be sure to use your Gerbes card to save money at the Gerbes gas station.

I get most of my meat from Gerbes. I save more than I would anywhere else with my Gerbes Plus membership. It's TOTALLY worth signing up for.

I absolutely love Gerbes. Their mobile app that allows you to download coupons is awesome and makes saving money so easy. Their prices are good to begin with so it's a win-win. Plus you earn fuel points with each purchase to save money on gas. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
