Supplement Superstore

Upon walking in I was quickly greeted by a young man named Logan, he was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!! He helped me find a new product based on my needs with a quick conversation. This was a nice change as usually in supplement stores you're on your own to get what you need. I was also very grateful that I was able to taste test the new product I purchased.

This was my first time into supplement superstore. It was an amazing experience! I was greeted at the door with a bottle of water, and all of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I am not lying when I say that their customer service is unlike anything I’ve experienced before at any type of retail store! Extremely pleased and definitely will be back!

I went in for a 1st Phorm Level-1 in German Chocolate Cake flavor for my wife, and came out with a bag of Opti-Greens, Berry Micro Factor, and one of each flavor of Level-1 bars. No pressure, was offered a single shot of the Opti-Greens and Micro Factor and said, please. Great guys running the store to boot. Very helpful!

1st time at SS. Staff was thorough and very helpful. They seemed invested in my improvements and wishes. Species were fair. I’ve been using the products consistently for 3 weeks with 14 lbs lost to date.

I had a great 1st experience at Supplement Superstore. The employee greeted me & my daughter with water and pointed me to the type of items I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. I will be back!

My girlfriend and I stopped in today to see if they might have pumpkin spice protein powder because I wanted to replace my morning lattes. Johnny was absolutely amazing at assisting and suggesting a really good protein powder that tastes exactly like my PSL’s when I put some espresso in it. Not only was he a great help, he had a lot of great information to offer and was super knowledgeable. Even let us know that all the employees were certified in sport nutrition and would be happy to help with any diet questions or meal plans. It was just a really pleasant experience and we both left really happy. If y’all need some good support even if your inquires seem a little off the wall, go see Johnny at this location!

The BEST customer service experience we have had in years. Knowledgeable staff (Jared) who explained things and made suggestions without pushing. Amazing! We will definitely be back!!

the atmosphere at this location was perfect! the staff was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I finally did my first inbody scan and was explained everything regarding it! this location is about an hour and a half from me, but I will definitely be driving the extra miles just to go to this store!

The person that was helping me was very helpful. I asked him what type of protein I could use as a protein meal replacement and he pointed me in the right direction. I asked what goes best with water as i am living in a dorm it is hard to have milk. he told me what he liked the best and what he would recommend. definitely very helpful

Columbia, MO is one of those cities where it's tucked away and surrounded by nature. This supplement company is hands down one of the best that I've visited. I didn't purchase anything here bc I usually purchase from Chesterfield but stopped in just to compare the stores and vibes. The vibes dont change.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I appreciate the display of genuine interest in my fitness and nutrition goals. Very helpful when trying to decide between certain products and narrowing down what best fits my wants/needs. Been in a calorie deficit the past 4-5 weeks bringing me down 10lbs, now switching gears. The cookies and cream Evogen Super Huge tastes amazing and a clean supplement to my prepped meals. Very helpful to someone that works overnights!

I have been in Jens Get Fit Group for a little over a year now, I have never stuck with anything health related this long. I would never in my wildest dreams walk into a supplement store and purchase anything, but all the guys at Supplement Superstore are so awesome! Ivan was very helpful in many ways and wants to see you crush your goals and cheers you on through your journey! They always throw in a surprise which is exciting! Healthy is sexy! :)

The atmosphere at the store here in Columbia is amazing. I’ve never felt weird about going into the store. The guys are always supper helpful, finding what I need, or offering me something new to try.

I went in just looking for some protein and creatine. Tyler helped me out, and was really knowledgeable and helpful with the products they had. I ended up getting a post workout, too. They have a good selection of products at prices comparable to other places. I'll definitely be going back.
