AT&T Store

As usual, everyone who was working was friendly in greeting me as I entered the store. This time, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Todd in replacing my broken phone screen protector. I appreciated his pleasant professionalism and efficiency in helping me. He was even able to have me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you again, Todd G!

We recently switched from UVerse to ATT Direct Tv. It’s great, and we are very happy with it. I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Todd Gurley. He was patient and helpful in store. He came to the house twice to set our TVs up and make sure I understood how to use it. ( I’m not tech-savvy.) Very pleased with his above-and -beyond customer service!

Carlos W was incredibly helpful, personable, and made it a positive experience. It was a busy day and there were a lot of customers, but he was calm and welcomed everyone coming in while helping us. I’d highly recommend working with him.

Brenton is the best manager ATT has to offer! He has a friend named Ryan who is pretty cool I heard!

Always helpful, prompt as they can be in a consumer based store. I live 45 mins away and it's been my store for 5 years. I won't even go to another store, and there are atleast 3 closer.

Taylor was great and very patient. The staff gave us all the possibilities and options and was overall above great.

Went in ten minutes before close, walked out shortly after close very happy customers. We waited while other customers were helped and as soon as was possible Shardae took care of us. I went in for home internet service and not only did she make sure it was easy for us to purchase and schedule install, terms for payment etc were clearly communicated and she saved me 100 dollars in start up fees. No small feat in Uncle Joe's economy. She was extremely friendly and great to talk to. Would highly recommend this store and especially Shardae for anything that AT&T provides.

I had a great experience here, and was helped by a very polite and knowledgeable gentlemen named Juve. Didn’t mind answering all the questions i had, was extremely patient with me and helped me throughout the entire process. Left the store a very happy customer. Had broken my phone but had a first net phone due to my profession Monique took the time to change old phone number to my first net phone it was quite a process she really went above and beyond

Taylor Williams was extremely helpful and patient. We have an ATT store two minutes from our house but drove 40 minutes so we could work with Taylor. He is kind and after a two week headache with ATT and being told inaccurate information numerous times Taylor is the only reason we stayed with ATT. He is a valuable asset to the company.

This location has some of the best customer service/teamwork I’ve ever experienced in a retail store. The Manager was very friendly! Derek was very knowledgeable and provided high level support. Sara was very nice and personable! Always great to be able to connect with such great professionals. I will drive out of my way to return to this location!

I was in northern Michigan in the National Forest camping and out of cell phone reception area. All I could get was emergency use only. When I came back in to an area that had cell phone coverage my phone would still not pick it up. Emergency use only. I went to the AT&T store in Holland, Todd G, Derek, Rachel and Tony help me Resolve my issue with my phone it took a while but they succeeded I highly recommend you using the AT&T store in Holland and ask for one of these four people.

Carlos was able to get my replacement phone up and running with numerous Apple ID challenges! Grateful for his patience and knowledge as well as his co-worker Taylor.

I came in today for a new phone & cellular service & I honestly have never had the type of service that I received from Todd & I wish that I’d came into the AT&T store month’s ago because it was so easy & not stressful at all to get a new phone & service set up & I’m absolutely thrilled & can’t say thank you enough to Todd for all his help & expertise & it’s greatly appreciated.
