DICK'S Sporting Goods

I came to this location with a unique repair for the golf shop to evaluate. The associates, most notably their expert Bob, were very helpful and accommodating and took on the challenge. Throughout the process I was able to interact with several members of the store's management team. Danielle was helpful and understanding throughout the process and when I picked up the repaired club, Jeremy was very positive and professional. These folks work very well as a team to create positive experiences and repeat customers! Thanks!

Our family bought bikes for our three boys two years ago and had a wonderful experience with Dick's. Now that they are all in Boy Scouts it was natural for us to reach out to Dick's to see if they would help us out. Jack in the Cycling Department was more than happy to help and was thrilled to be asked. Jack was so patient with our sons and let them do things themselves as he guided them through the repairs. Our family couldn't be more happy with our experiences with Dick's and the staff - especially Jack.

The device here was great, everyone was so polite even when I had to go back to return a ca that was not what I was hoping.

I've been in here a few times, and haven't had a negative thing to mention yet! Cashier, Shelby, was extremely nice waiting on people before me and during my own transaction. Kudos to her, as 3 days before Christmas can be a miserable time for any retail worker (having been in those shoes for many years, myself, I know). Keep up the great work and nicely taken care of store!

The first time I went into the store it was slightly overwhelming. Once I walked around the store I was able to find what I was looking for. The check out process was acceptable due to the amount of stuff the people in front of me had. I do feel like this store is better than some other ones around here.

I went there this morning to get a firepit and it is quite large.I asked how do I get one and for me to go to the counter and I told the cashier.She said to drive my car by the front door.Then they came with it on a Dolly! And they even help me get it into my car! Thank you ever so much!

What a great selection of sporting goods and clothing. The employee that helped my 9 year old grandson was so nice to him. He helped him make a great baseball glove selection. And we went home with smiles. Thank you

Amazing experience here when looking to learn to use a fishing pole. Customer service was one of best I've experienced!!!

Oh man. For me this place is like Lowes or Menards.

Frankly, there are way too many clothes. But, that is where the money is. All the stuff I want is in the corners. Arrows. Arrow heads. But NOT tents. U want a good tent, u research it out.

Seriously. ..because a really good tent will keep u dry. And the good tents are...out....there. Like the wilderness.

But for arrows, get the Victory 6 pack when they go on sale. Montec or Spitfire heads. The first is solid, the second are mechanical. Either will do the job.

I really like this store. Except all the clothes. But that's just me.

The customer service was good. The two guys working in the hunting area knew their stuff and helped me get all the stuff I needed for my hunting trip...even some things I hadn't thought of.

They sell even off season items such as swin goggles. This will be my go to place whenever I need something off or on season! Was looking everywhere else but here; im glad i did. Literally saved my children's swimming day 😍
