Efficient, friendly cashiers & a great pharmacist. I used to go the CVS on Malabar, much closer to my home but the Mgr of many yrs was replaced and no one in my family likes shopping there any longer.

This CVS on Emerson is worth the additional miles. 5 stars and thank you!

Patti, best, friendliest and most efficient cashier ever! She was very patient in aiding me in an exchange and refund. But in the middle of the transaction, Manager Longel, took her place in helping me, as it was Patti's time to leave, and Longel was also friendly, helpful and honest. This is my go-to CVS from now on. What a difference in stores! Lucille H.

Amina is a fantastic and wonderful human being. No matter how busy she is, she is always helpful, friendly, and I always have a smile on my face when I leave the store. I’ll be a CVS customer as long as people like Amina are being put in positions to succeed at the company.

The woman, who always seems to be there is awesome and so friendly. I walked in at 8am today and she was happy as can be. I hope she is the manager. I would love to work with her. I am the guy who buys the nicotine mini lozenges. This was on Sunday Feb 21st. You are awesome!!!! And again came in today to pick up medications on 4/5/23 and the woman up front is the sweetest. Are you married. =-)

The pharmacy staff are great. I am in monthly to get prescriptions for my family and I see and hear how all the customers are so rude. I came on here and noticed how everyone complains about the staff. They are doing an amazing job! They have to deal with rude people all day on the phone, drive thru and in store. How about giving them credit knowing they are short staffed and over worked. It not their fault they are short staffed. Stop complaining about them and just thank them for working hard. Come on people...do better!!

The entire staff goes over and above for me. From the Pharmacy staff, floor staff, as well as the cashiers are courteous and polite. People remember you get what you give! Every business is working short staffed these days. I give the entire staff a big thumbs up 👍

Only 5 stars?! Try 100 stars!! The minimum number of prescriptions our family gets filled each month is 9, but most months it's closer to 15, and sometimes more. When we first moved to the area 6 years ago we learned that pharmacists could deny filling scripts due to their personal beliefs and feelings, regardless of what FL law states/allows and what your Dr is prescribing. That meant our scripts were scattered throughout the Palm Bay area, including another CVS location, and it was a huge PITA! After experiencing several errors with our medications -incorrect pill count, not having meds in stock (for reoccurring monthly scripts), constant staff turnover, and never a smile from an employee, I went to the Emerson Rd CVS and was told our scripts would not be an issue and would be filled. They even contacted all of the pharmacies to have them transferred over so I didn't have to make all of the calls and deal with it. By the end of the day All scripts were transferred there and I couldn't be happier! Based on the service our family receives and what we have witnessed each staff member providing to all of their customers and patients, it is obvious that only the best of the best will be employed at this store! Even when Hurricane Irma was approaching and people needed to prepare for the worst case scenario by picking meds up early, the entire staff did everything in their power to ensure that everyone got the medications they needed and they remained opened until the day b4 landfall...when several other pharmacies closed days early to prepare. Even at the craziest and most stressful of times, the entire staff provided customer service that went above and beyond anything expected, including calling the other open pharmacies to find the medications needed so we wouldn't have to go without - AND, ALL of this was done expediantly, professionally, and with a genuine caring smile (not the fake smiles that you see on so many of the people in "Customer Service" positions). The level of care they provide, the knowledge they have and share, and the little things they do to help their customers and patients is amazing. What is even more amazing is, it's not just 1 or 2 staff members that are like this. It is the ENTIRE staff! To have an entire staff of kind, caring, and knowledgeable people is a direct reflection of their store manager, Christine, and how she leads by example. It's too bad not all CVS locations are run like Christine runs this store. It is a true pleasure working with them and I'm blessed we were lucky to find such wonderful people to help us with our medication needs. It's nice to know Christine and her staff are there for us! Thank you for caring for our family the way that you do!

It’s customer that goes to the CVS on Emerson Drive has their own experience with this stuff but I personally have never had a problem with the staff of Cvs at 399 Emerson Dr. they have been kind they have been courteous they have and if something was wrong with my insurance so very kind about it and patient if I had a concerned of a very kind and patient. I guess it depends on the person and they’re dealing with and whether the customer has the patience for them because so far in the four years that I have been coming to the CVS I have never had a problem with the staff here they are wonderful you’re kind and patient which is everything I could ask for when walking into any store
