I normally have a great experience at publix pharmacy, and this one in particular. However today I called because there is a mix up with my prescriptions. The woman I spoke to said to her co-worker, loud enough for me to hear, "I know i'm trying to hang up the phone." Then advised me to take my prescription against the directions on the bottle, i.e. vaginally instead of orally. Instead of trying to problem solve with me, she just sounded like she was annoyed that I called and argued with me the whole time. I hung up the phone on the verge of tears. It was just so frustrating.
