AT&T Store

I came in today and Jeff was the most helpful. I had no idea there was a store in Mirada. Thankful for Jeff and his knowledge with my device. He is a wonderful person and has the BEST personality. AT&T is lucky to have him, we will make this our go to store. Thanks Jeff!! You’re the Best!!

I met Jeff when I bought my IPhone 15. He had a great customer service, intuitive knowledge and was well versed with the AT&T systems and policies. He instructed me to return to the store once I receive my phone so we could do activation and all the switching together. He did a great job with everything that he could. Long story short it took almost 2 days to get my phone working properly and not because of any fault of Jeff at all. Even when I was losing my patience he stayed calm, asked for help when needed and always remained positive and supportive. He went above and beyond to make sure things get working. He was on the phone with Apple with me and helped me return my old phone after everything was done. He is kind and caring and a great addition to the store! Thank you Jeff :)

Colton is knowledgeable friendly and competent. A perfect employee. He took care of our needs, answered our questions and explained our options. He clearly guided us through a plan change and phone purchase making sure our needs were met. Saved us $$ by applying Sr. discounts. AT&T is lucky to have him and so were we. It was a warm and fuzzy AT&T Store experience.

I stopped at this new store on Friday, desperate for a charge cable as mine had broken for my car and was at the start of a trip. Nate and Jeff were working. They helped me on the way with a promise to come back on Sunday as Nate said he could help me save on my plan.
I stopped today, Sunday, on the way home. Both Nate and Jeff were both there. They didn't pressure me to get a new phone at this time but will help me when I am ready. They did help me to change my plan and save me some money.
Nate was also helping someone else save when I came into the store. Both gentlemen are truly nice people. They listened and didn't push. I will be going back to them when I am ready to upgrade my phone!!

After 13 years I switched from Verizon to AT &T within 2 months I felt I had made the worse decision of my life, my bill was $400 the inside sales rep at target for AT&T promised me all three of my phones would be free after my trade in and I never recd the trade in boxes I was told not to contact AT and T directly/ finally after numerous attempts at help and realizing I was told nothing but lies I decided to contact AT and T directly got some assistances but they had limitations because it was a 3rd party account I spent wasted lots of time this turned into a huge he say she say , needless to say I was so upset . I needed help and decided to walk into the local At and T and this was the very FIRST positive interaction I had w AT and T when I was greeted by Jeff and OBli Such kind warm souls so very welcoming and eager to help and listen to all the issues I had . They did not rush me to say I was provided phenomenal customer experience would be an understatement JEFF was soooo patient and truly held my hand from beginning to end of process even though it was closing time he did not rush me , he heard my concerns and tried everything in his power went above and beyond to ensure I was helped! Im sooo very thankful and just wish all the reps at At and T the managers were as kind and efficient and through as JeFF and Obi . Thank you guys for shifting my At and T nightmare experience into a pleasant one. Jeff was sooo awesome , I'm sure the guy gets paid on commission but he didnt make cent off of me but just wanted to make sure I was helped and that says a lot, and treated me like VIP whether I bought anything or not . At and T give these guys a huge RAISE PROMOTION BONUS something !!!!

My experience was very welcoming, helpful, personable. Nate helped solve my Whatsapp issue in no time, Making sure all my chat history transferred to my new phone. Thank you all over there at AT&T in San Antonio!!!

Amazing service at this location from all of the employees! Purchased a new IPhone ProMax 14 and the entire experience was so smooth and painless. Colton was a wonderful Sales Associate. Highly recommend this location!

Great experience took care of all our needs. Stay after hours to ensure all our concerns were addressed. Definitely my new at&t store.
