This place and the staff are amazing. I just had my first visit shipping for a friend, and Zane and Rogelio provided me with such an incredible experience and help me to tailor my gift perfectly. They recommended products, helped show me how to use them and then had me sample several to help guide me. It was truly the best customer experience I’ve ever had — will definitely be coming back! Thanks to both of you, Zane and Rogelio!

Happiest, nicest, more helpful employees in the Domain. Always make me feel so welcome without making me feel pressured. The employees know their product very well which is important to me because I have many allergies and ingredients I must avoid--it feels good being able to ask employees questions and get real answers that I can trust. Everyone I've ever encountered here has been lovely and knowledgeable but last time I went I spent the longest time speaking with Jayne, who was bubbly, funny, and overall a joy. Very helpful and knowledgeable and spent quite a while explaining products to me and checking ingredients with me to help me find what I wanted. I spoke to another cheerful and helpful employee, Zane, who was out front leading passersby in blowing bubbles. (What fun!) Overall, I love this Lush location; it's my favorite store in the Domain and I even prefer making the drive out (an hour, for me!) over ordering online if I have the chance.

I walked into Lush knowing I wanted to try out the new limited edition fragrances and wound up having such a fun experience. A huge shout out to Zane who helped me play around with fragrance combos and was just so kind and knowledgeable. Also I’m already obsessed with “New Romantics”💕

I had the BEST experience at LUSH Domain Austin today! I have been purchasing bath and body products from Lush for over a decade across Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, and Texas. I sauntered into LUSH Domain Austin to see what new holiday products had been released. The sales staff gave me some time to look around. Nature answered my questions about the eye masks and made me a couple of samples. Zane was generally kind and asked me about the products that interested me. I did not feel pressured at all. This was a VERY pleasant experience!
Suddenly, I started to receive samples and full-size products of items I mentioned as we were speaking! I was mystified, surprised, and overjoyed! Ashley, Nature, Zane, and Maya were all extremely helpful and kind. Apparently, they were offering "random acts of kindness" and I was the recipient! Wow! Even if I had not received samples and a full-size version of the eye mask and Henna and Jasmine Hair Mask, I still would have found this experience to be transcendent! The generosity from the sales staff was icing on the cake! I am going to continue to pay the "random acts of kindness" forward! Definitely visit this LUSH! This was the nicest group of retail staff I have ever met!

Cinnamon helped us so much today! She was very informative and knowledgable about the products. My daughter loved the treatment and we will be back soon. Thank you so much for helping us out today :)

We got a demo of products , it was fun and the products actually works and make your skin smooth their scrubs are pretty good👌🏼

Obviously we all love Lush… but seriously, I popped in randomly and said I wasn’t gonna buy anything. But got some help from Zane and they were extremely helpful! They’re so educated and willing to take the time to talk to you. They curated a whole skincare routine for my friend and I and we were so grateful. Been using for a week now and am loving everything. You can tell Zane knows exactly what they’re talking about! I live in Dallas but seriously considered driving back to the domain for my next stock up just cause I trust Zane’s judgment so much! Everyone was so friendly and such a good atmosphere.

I felt so welcomed Zane, Grace and Shay were so awesome showing us all the products and letting us explore! Reallly recommend you all visit this location. 😊

I've always been a mid-tier Lush fan, happy to get myself something on occasion rather than a regular customer, but Zane really introduced me to how diverse and enriching the products there are. I had stuck to the one or two bath products I knew well, and I liked them just fine, but I had no clue the kinds of hair care, skin care, and shower products Lush offered until Zane showed me around and explained things! Walked out with gifts for others and treats for myself, as well as a new appreciation for Lush beyond the bath bombs. Note: I also bought a bath bomb

Zane is amazing. Made me feel comfortable and has an amazing personality and customer service. I don’t do girly things and I loved the experience so much I bought an 8.4 oz body lotion. Thank you Zane for the hospitality and comfort of out of my comfort zone. You are the best and Zane for the win 🏆

Everytime I come in here, everyone is amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful but not pushy. I was having an off day today and the two people working showed me so much kindness. It made my shopping trip so much nicer than I expected and I already knew I was going to enjoy it. Special shout out to Shay. They were a gem of a human. This will always be my favorite lush hands down.

Zane was so helpful! We will definitely be back to shop again, we tried some sugar lip scrubs and skincare. Taking watermelon and cherry! My friend loved charity pot! We loved his amazing customer service! 10/10

The best customer service I have experience in a very long time. I love LUSH I don’t get to go often. However Shay and Ashley , the way these two ladies help and explain all the products to my mom and I was the Cherry on top . Thanks so much for your help . But most importantly how you made us feel.

Zane was wonderful, they demonstrated one of my favorite bath bombs and even entertained my child with bubbles during the demo! I left with the softest, sparkliest skin and they were so helpful and friendly the whole time! Thank you Zane!!

My family went into the store pretty close to closing time, and still the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Zane was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had and they helped me pick out the most amazingly beautiful highlighter combo I have ever seen. Just a really sweet and welcoming vibe. I left the store in a better mood and look forward to going back.

Jane was so wonderful! She helped me try several products until I found ones that I liked. I’m so excited to try them out with my boyfriend :)

Zane greeted us the second we walked in the store and immediately set up a bubble experiment for us. We had so much fun learning how to do different bubble tricks and laughing at his jokes. I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service.

Zane and genie were amazing! The best sales associates I’ve ever experienced. I came in for a last minute gift for someone who just had a baby, and they were super knowledgeable and took their time! Amazing service and so nice!
