Well organized store. The cashier’s are super nice and helpful. There was a long line when I went but didn’t long to go through it

They're doing a good job with their clothing recycling program.

It was busy and the power cut off so we had to evacuate, but electric was restored and we were able to return and continue our purchases. The situation was handled very smoothly. Thanks H&M crew

The staff at this location are so pleasant and genuine, it's been days and I'm still thinking about the conversation we had with two of the employees while processing a complicated return & later check out and how sweet they both were. They seemed understaffed and everyone in there was hustling and I hope they get appreciated for it.

I could make my own Haul video with the amount of things I found today...but I wont. I dont shop here often enough I have realized. Great selection of clothes in a range of prices where I feel comfortable spending a little more than expected on one item since I'm spending a little less than expected on a couple of other items.

Parking is plentiful if you park in the garage. Staff were pleasant, the selection isn’t vast but there were a few things that were sold out online but available in this particular store.

I always find way more then I come looking for whenever I come here to look around. I normally go with the intention of getting a shirt or 2, and leave with a few shirts, pants and sometimes even accessories. I really enjoy this h&m as they have a lot to choose from for the mens section.

They had a good selection and an upstairs. Line moved fast. Cashier was friendly and offered their rewards program that saved me money off at checkout amd waited for me to download the app. Had what I needed and wasnt hard to find, in an out pretty quick

I had a great time at H&M at the Domaine. I have to say that I obsessed with my kimono purchase! I highly recommend taking a visit to this location ❤

Great location, love that is in the Domain, placed near it's rival Forever 21. Everything here is always fairly priced, the sizing is always off though, very European size, but it seems lately that the sizes run bigger rather than smaller like it use to.... adjusting for Texas Americans? The store can get really crowded even on a week day. The weekends is another story, the line can get long as time, but there are a lot of things to look at the occupy your time. It's nice that you can return so you don't have to wait in the long lines to try on clothes. There is a great kid section upstairs with amazing deals as well.

My favourite fashion house. The store is big and wide varieties of style is available. The prices and quality is reasonable, their fashion line is up on trend. I enjoy shopping 🛍 at this store.

Got asked if I wanted to pay 10 cents a day for a bag. 10/10

I went in with my daughter to get her a pants suit for her business school dinner and I was really surprised at how affordable the outfit was. Quality clothes with really good prices,... That's a home run for me!!

Great selection, always well stocked, and the store associates give you just enough attention to make you feel like you can ask for help when needed, but they're not breathing down your neck like you stole something.

They had some great selection of kids clothing and some men's clothing. Cheaper than I thought they would be. Very happy with the store!

First time being in Austin and first time shopping at H&M what a phenomenal experience only made better by the world class customer service I received from Jaz she helped me put together an outfit for the Austin night light and I couldn’t be happier with how good I looked I’ll continue shopping at H&M thank you Jaz!
