Love this place for fragrances, lotions and makeup. But it has everything you need from a department store and it’s very easy to find everything. The bathroom is always clean.

I’ve lost 40 pounds over the last 2 years and my custom made suits were well worn & extensive alternatives needed would not be cheap.
The salesperson was prompt & courteous & knew his stuff.
I liked the fist suit I tried on, the tailor came & made the necessary adjustments & my wife & spent maybe 30 minutes: totally painless!
The alterations were only $60 dollars, the suit was ready in a week (not a rush order) & fits perfectly.
Great value, great service, great suit!

If you are looking for sunglasses you absolutely must see Libby! She is amazing and definitely knows what she is doing. She will give you her honest opinion and have you walk away with the best of the best! She styled my husband in some Tom Fords and we absolutely love them. Today I went back and got some Chanel sunglasses with her help and I am obsessed! She is amazing, get an appointment and let her help you. You won’t be disappointed

Selection was small despite being varied. No good options for taller people. Store is nice though. Help was easy to find. If not for them I'd give it a solid 4. It's also way overpriced but that's just Nordstrom in general so no fault there. Parking is relatively close in the garages.

The store is very convenient to access (it has its own multi-level parking), the merchandise is high quality with good selection, and the staff and the store appearance are at the high well-known standard of Nordstrom.

I shop regularly here but never thought to get the help from a stylist. Today Chancey helped me find things I wouldn’t typically go for and I loved it! The customer service was great and I’m looking forward to using their help again for everyday clothing!

What an exceptional shopping experience I had at Nordstrom, all thanks to Michael! Due to my oversight, I left the store without my skirt, just 12 hours before embarking on my two-week trip to Europe. Michael went above and beyond in his commitment to customer service. Not only did he quickly reach out, but he also waited for me after store hours to ensure I retrieved my purchase.

His talent doesn't stop there. Michael has a keen eye for style and helped me step out of my usual fashion choices. With his guidance, I've added some chic outfits to my wardrobe that I would've never picked out myself. Now, I feel more stylish than ever as I fly out on my European adventure! A huge shout-out to Michael for his dedication, creativity, and passion for fashion. This level of customer service is unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and shop with him!

I love this store. It's dog friendly, and besides...when I'm unsure what to buy but know what I need, most of the time, Sale folks are up to the task. For instance, I kind of knew the type of shoe I wanted, but was unsure about function and brand. The youg kid working shoes was friendly, and pulled a few pair when asked, but wasn't really engaging. As I shifted to coats, an older associate not only found us wandering, but set us up with a coat order (size out of stock) and also walked us back to shoes where he personally worked with me asking this and that to really nail down the right pair for my needs. There's something to be said for late 30s/40s associates that just sets them apart in service these days from younger bretheren. Either way, I enjoyed dropping half a grand on shoes and a coat, trust in the quality and service at Nordstrom, and will be back again.

The service was great in Nordstrom The Domain branch, Asmaa was very helpful with me in choosing my mother of the groom dress and has a good taste in what fits me, I appreciate her help very much and I would recommend her as a very talented stylist, thanks,

This store is amazing! You can find everything that you want. They have the best brands they you are looking for.
The customer service is also good. Go there and check it out!

Somayia was such a wonderful help! Thanks again! I hope Oribe starts sealing ALL of their products -- when I pay so much for a shampoo, I would expect it to be sealed. Hopefully this is considered and their products are honed! Doesn't feel safe otherwise.

Purchased a gift from the Le Labo counter inside Nordstrom. Kaveh (not sure how she spells her name, sorry!) was awesome and gave us a sample with the purchase.

I love Nordstrom for it’s great brands and deals especially the Domain place because of the friendly people, I always have Amani help me and she suggested unique perfumes, skin care and makeup for me and I had a great experience.

Bazille restaurant is a very nice place to have lunch, drinks or dinner. They offer multi-cuisine options so if you are in the mood of small plates, you can have american, italian, texmex flavors, soups, salads… If you want pizza or sandwiches, they have that too. And if you want to have a nice dinner, they are ready to indulge your appetite.

Chauncey (women’s clothing), Arianna (purses) and Caesar (upstairs bar) made my experience fantastic!

Chauncey went above and beyond to check on me numerous times throughout my lengthy visit. She styled all my outfits for my trip coming up. I even asked her to come downstairs to help me find shoes, that’s how personal she was!

Arianna completed my looks with a lovely Tabby bag but also took the time to get to know my trip details and didn’t pressure me into something out of my budget.

Caesar’a carisma is unmatched. His cocktails and humor was the cherry on top after the hours of shopping I did.

I had contacted Nordstrom's yesterday 12/1 spoke with Jessica who was very friendly and helfpful over the phone! I had asked if they carry the Oribe Superfine Hairspray and she said they do. I asked if they have alot in stock she said only 5 left. I had asked Jessica if she can hold 1 for me for today 12/2 I will be in to pick it up at 2:00 she said of course! I stopped in today 12/2 to pick it up at 2:00 to pick it up again very friendly with a smile, great convervsation and very helpful! And I thanked her for all her help!
