I shopped here for the first time and it was a very smooth experience. I came to get some quality tops/sweaters for fall and was in a bit of a rush so I picked up a bunch of clothes to try and ended up choosing two. They were a bit pricey for my taste, but apparently there was some large discount applied so I was positively surprised with the bill. Though noI wish the discount thing was more transparent, I would've gotten a third one I really liked.

Great Selection. Staff is friendly and very helpful. This store is well-stocked. Great place to check out the newest Loft apparel.

My in store experience was great from start to finish. Took back recently purchased items to get the 40% off and ended up opening an account and buying more to get a whopping 65% off. Love the clothes. Love the service. Thank you.

Really great customer service! I was there looking for a particular blouse that I was replacing for my wife due to my inability to wash clothes without ruining her nice pieces. It said it was there when I searched online but alas she could not find it in the store. She then looked far and wide in her system to find me the exact one I needed and was awesome about getting it on order for me.

Really good quality collection & worth buying clothes. Enjoyed winter clothing.
