Denny's

Denny's on Thanksgiving was not terrible at all. After facing incredibly long lines elsewhere we stopped at Denny's. Enjoyed a great varied menu for our group, received great service and a warm, clean dining room.

Our waitress Sharon was so pleasant. Was a great experience because of her beautiful smile and character. The food was delicious 😋. Our table was very clean and not smelly and sticky like at other places. The place didn't smell and was very clean. Definitely will come back to this particular location.

Stopped by after flying back home and had a wonderful late night meal at Denny's. I had the spicy sizzling platter with chorizo and it was delicious. Just the right amount of heat. My wife had the veggie omelette and ate every bite. The strawberry milkshake made my son very happy and was delicious, at least the small bite I could get...

Thank you for remaining a classy sense of traditional Denny's dining, especially on a beloved Christmas eve evening. God bless you all, hard working Ones. 💪

Great service! Especially at 3 AM. I expected to have a long awkward wait for my sub par food as is normal late at night. Instead I was greeted by a server who had high energy and was very welcoming and attentive. The food came out hot, fast and well prepared. Overall if you are looking for a good place to eat in late at night this is the place.

Great experience. Fun atmosphere. It was busy, but service moved quickly.

Update: Came back to this great location. Called in a phone order of steak and eggs. Shana, the manager took my order. She took great care of me! Dylan was my cook, he hit it out of the park! I sincerely needed a good meal tonight and came out super happy. I even called back to thank them! Great staff and manager! Pay them more!

Staff was super kind! Our server was one of the best we have had, he was very polite! The food was very good! We all ate breakfast food.

We came in around 11p.m. Jordan was our server, not only was he our server but he made my pancakes. The pancakes were perfect and seemed to be better than when they originally came out. I had ordered the berry pancakes, but didn’t realize they were going be dusted with powdered sugar, and whip cream I don’t eat any sugar. He was very nice and he told me he would have them re made. I saw him in the kitchen. I thought wow he’s a server, a cook in kitchen, he is a one-man show. Jordan was very attentive, checked in on us often, he refilled my coffee without having to ask. As we were eating I noticed he was cleaning and constantly working. It was very refreshing to see someone work so hard. Shana the manager was also very nice and was helping Jordan serve food.

1st such an amazing restaurant we just left we were a group of four that all ordered different things and asked to turn the music up but first , not just the food was good, the service was amazing, I don't remember his name but he was tall, had a hat in backwards and did literally everything, he was top tier, such good energy and vibes, the management lady on staff was so kind and caring, the kitchen staff was so funny and nice ❤ I left him a tip so he could have a good thanksgiving, but there wasn't a pen to write the note to have a good one so I hope he sees this! And your such a good workee to the tall server.

Hey we were really impressed because we had really given up on the Dennys here in Jackson Tennessee.
But everything was great food service 😋 just a really good experience.
Great job ladies and gentlemen!.

Food was good, our server was really great, she was very attentive, and quick to get us anything we need. Service only suffered because I believe they are short staffed as they took a little while to get the food. All in all though they did a great job and the experience was thoroughly pleasant.

Krystal greeted us with a smile and "Good morning", Shana was our server and she was excellent, she got us everything we needed!!
We recommend the California club and the Moons Over Miami, seasoned fries and hashbrowns.
We will continue to enjoy our weekly Denny's outings!

My waitress, Isabella D, gave perfect service: very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and attentive. Her knowledge included fine details regarding the dishes but more importantly, No surprises in the bill because if I go off menu like replacing a side with a different one, she knows the exact prices, which is more than I can say about most other waitresses at other restaurants.

And the sandwich I ordered was of top-notch quality... I'm going to want to order that sandwich again.

I love Dennys. Quiet late night eating spot. Love the staff. They’ve been helpful every time. I’ve been there for a late night snack and they’re always serve with a smile.

I love this location. Our server (and assistant GM) Ashley was amazing. Food was fresh and delicious. Coffee was hot. We will definitely be back.

Rarely have I been disappointed in Denny's. This was my first time visiting this particular location and it met my expectations. This restaurant is larger than the one I used to frequently go to in Austin. This one has plexiglass barriers installed between booths to allow max seating while meeting social distancing requirements. A full menu is also offered (hard copy) without having to scan the quick code glued to the table top. I'm old school so I kinda like it that way, pandemic or not. The food was delicious as always. It's a little weird that you have to ask for everything including salt and pepper, but the servers usually ask up front if there is anything else they can bring before leaving you to eat.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest person Colleen. There was a bit of a wait and it was very busy. But Colleen was so kind and sweet with every person she greeted and checked out. Every server was busy but they too kept their composure with a smile and did an awesome job. My server was Desiree. She was amazing! Super sweet and friendly. She did not skip a beat. I will definitely ask for her next time I eat here again. The manager too was checking in with his employees, helping anywhere he was needed and would check in with his customers. Great manager!

Everyone here works very hard and you didn’t hear a single complaint. It’s great to find a place you can enjoy some great food with a great atmosphere.

Our server Ashley C was so sweet,attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She had all the answers to the questions about the menu and the food came out SUPER FAST! The double cheeseburger was well done and yet SUPER JUICY. She kept our glasses full and even gave us to go drinks when we got our boxes. This is the best experience I’ve had at a Denny’s in a long time.
