Zach was an amazing employee. Offered help from the start of my visit. Was an expert at kayaks, which is what I was there for. Helped me find the perfect kayak and all the gear I needed. Was extremely friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Cheers to Zach and the great team at this location.

Came looking for some snorkeling gear. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately low stock for the toddler shoes I wanted to get - found them at the outlet store.
Peaceful and quiet store.

The staff were absolutely wonderful in helping us with our new kayaks. A lady helped us pick them out and helped us with the whole process of getting what we needed. They held them for us until we got our gear on our car and then we’re kind to bring them out to us right before close. Highly recommend this location. Staff was kind and attentive.

Steve in the golf department is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and helpful! This is the best golf shop customer service I've ever experienced.

GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Delma was so helpful and patient while we were trying on many pairs of shoes. He was knowledgeable about the shoes and what would be most comfortable for our friend’s foot problems. He deserves credit for his kindness! Go Delma!!

Shaquana was the best!!!! Very sweet, Very Nice and Very Very Cute! She helped me out so much finding pants and shirts to work out in! She was also great at helping with buying the ab roller!

Kate was fantastic! I came in right when they opened trying to find a brace for my sprained ankle, she helped me measure what size I needed and efficiently went above and beyond to help me out!

It is always a pleasure going to the shoe department at this store. I have been buying my shoes from Tom for many years. He is excellent and very professional. He values me as an important customer.

Recently I met his associate Eric. He was also professional and caring.

Jonathan is the best! He walked around the sneakers with us for an hour today helping my husband find something for his crazy feet. What a nice human and great employee.

A little understaffed at the bicycle department and not many bikes to choose from underlying issues most like due to this covid nonsense. But the staff that were there were very helpful and courteous and patient especially when my wife was looking for coupons at the register. Lol. Thanks.

Went into the store yesterday to do some research had a very helpful sales rep. I went back today and Zack helped me with the sale. They didn't have the product in stock so he called 2 stores and wasn't able to find what I needed so he suggested ordering online. The price was a little different because of shipping so he got that worked out and ordered. We spent about an hour together and through it all he was professional and looking out for my best interest. Thank you Zack.

Had to stop in here to get a last minute pair of shoes. Chloe was extremely helpful in finding them and I appreciated the customer service

We went in having only a vague idea as to what we needed and immediately decided on the lengthy progress of deliberation. Chris was there to help us by answering all questions and helping us to move the kayaks around without destroying anything in the store. He put us at ease and actually made us enjoy taking our time and put us at ease when we felt bad for taking so long or taking up so much floor space. Because of him we both actually enjoyed the entire, long, (1hr) BUYING process. Given the modern unspoken retail maxim of "hurry up, buy our most expensive product, whether it suits you or not, and get out," Chris and his team are out of this world.

Because of our overly thorough, laborious decision-making process, our endless questions and general neediness, I should say we were probably this Dick's Sporting Goods worst customer that day. Their staff certainly made us feel like the best though.

The manager of the store was very nice, I went in fired up about a product I bought there and left a happy camper. BTW do not buy the Pelican kayaks they are horrible. Just go with your insticts and get one that is a little bit more pricy, its a huge difference. But if you want to go cheap and dont mind a kayak that dosent track staright and has uncomfortable seats then cheap is for you.

Went there to get some gym clothes to start up again and everyone there was so helpful and nice. Didn't feel judged at all and Jim at the register was awesome. Thanks guys!

Nick helped my son with soccer cleats and my daughter with softball spikes. He was able to get my son shinguards and socks and my daughter got pants. Very professional. I was worried about my 17 year old daughter talking about the tight Nike Pro Spandex but Nick was a downright professional. He walked us up and down the store. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful ordering a hard to find item. Brenden went out if his way to dig deep and find the specific item and was excited for me since it was a gift for a special person.

They had everything I needed, plus a few things I wanted. The staff was very helpful and even opened another checkout line when it got busy.i will definitely come back.
