Dillard's

My aunt and mom loved this Dillard's. The show department was phenomenal for my aunt. She purchased 10 pairs of shoes. My mom and I were surprised to see that the handbag department had Louis Vuitton handbags. We are from Atlanta and have never seen LV in Dillard's before. We enjoyed our shopping experience and hope to return one day soon. The associates in the store were phenomenal with their customer service, too. Ms. Lisa worked in the handbag department and she was very friendly and helpful. Awesome staff!!

Very nice clean store. They provided professional, friendly and helpful service. Stocked up on Lancome, perfume and large selection of purses. Look forward to coming back when I return next year.

Dillards may be the only quality department store of any size in the Charleston area. The ladies shoe department is wonderful with a nice selection of fashionable styles.

Citadel mall Dillard's is always clean and have good sales. Nice vest that was on sale. Barry is so friendly and helpful and gave some sample cologne with the purchase. On my second purchase I went looking for Barry to serve me because he just had a great vibe and so fun to talk with.

This was the best shopping experience with a department store we’ve had in the past few years. From calling to ask about product inventory, then walking into an inviting, organized, and clean store with smiling pleasant sales associates who were all knowledgeable and eager to help. It’s given us hope that good customer service still exists. Thanks so much to the associates that helped us in the women’s intimate apparel, Ashley in eyewear/accessories, and the women’s shoes. I was hoping their names would be on the receipts. We look forward to shopping there again in the near future.

Needing a Mother of the bride dress I came here. Then selection was wonderful. Dolores was so helpful in picking out the correct outfit for me. She gave advice about how to wear the clothes correctly and was very fun to work with. She really was so helpful.

I am not a huge fan of shopping but, I had the nicest experience this past weekend. I shopped for an event so I had to go to several different departments to get what I needed. Every single person I came in contact was helpful, provided alternatives and were really pleasant. I feel like we all worked together to make sure I was ready for my event! Thank you!

I love going to Dillard's. I stay in their men's department because I can find good quality clothing and many times there are great discounts. Plus, I can make sure my lady enjoys how I smell cause dem boi got smell goods in the middle of the store.

Betsy was phenomenal! She had the nicest personality and showed willingness to assist. The store was rather slow so she gave us all of her undivided attention in multiple departments. Great conversation about the clearance center and promotional offers. Her attitude compelled me to make purchases that were really not a priority at the time. I would definitely recommend her if you are visiting this Dillard's location.

Great experience at the West Ashley location today! I found several pairs of shoes at 50% off or better! The sales clerks are all cheerful and helpful as usual. It feels so good to shop in stores again!

I shopped for men's cologne and had a wonderful experience! I didn't get the salesman's name, but he was terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He was sharply dressed and represented Dillard's super well. A true pleasure and a reminder of what shopping should be like!
